It had been over 10 years since I had been back and I was quite surprised to see just how much things hadn't changed. Many of the stores that had been around for years were still in business. In particular, Abracadabra Flowers, which was my personal florist when I lived in the area, was still in business. I wanted to do something special for my wife so I went in and ordered a vase arrangement. I couldn't believe how much the store still had the same feel to it. The owner Connie and her husband Joe recognized me immediately and made the most beautiful arrangement for my wife. They are really sweet, friendly, and down to Earth people who truly go above and beyond to give you that special personal service you simply can't get with supermarkets or other vendors. It's great to see that their shop is still open and they haven't lost their touch. My wife was so happy with her flowers and they lasted for weeks! Do yourself and someone you care for a favor and go see them for your floral needs. I can't say it enough, go see them, you won't be disappointed!

I went in to buy a 50th b day gift. It was easy to choose a lovely fish wall decoration. My bedroom is adorned with several of Gayle's pieces. She is very sweet. Yesterday, she was at her potter's wheel teaching some folks about her craft. What a find!
