That was by far the worst experience ever in my life. I got to the dealership I was informed that…read morethe air conditioning unit wasn't working properly, but I was assured it would be fixed. I paid CASH for the car and was told that I could leave the car there over the weekend so it could be fixed and I can picked up my ALREADY purchased car on Monday. Well not so! Monday came and went.... No call. Tuesday I get a call from Lisa telling me that my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced and it will be done by Friday, and also in their effort to replace the air conditioning unit my radio was damaged and that too would have to be replaced. So I can pick up the car Friday. Needless to say I was growing more and more disappointed by the minute. But I kept telling myself everything is okay. So now it's Friday and I go to pick up my car at 3 in the afternoon and my car isn't ready, Trent is giving my mom and dad major attitude, and at this point I'm about ready to ask for my money back. The replacement radio was horrible looking, old and cheap, and the air conditioner STILL wasn't working. Trent's suggested to me was they can put dye in the system and I can drive it around for a few days, then bring it back so they can find out where the actual leak was coming from. My mom advised me NOT to drive that car off the lot until EVERYTHING was working properly so we left the car there yet again. When I get home not even an hour later, Trent calls to tell us that the valve in the air conditioner was loose and they tightened it back up and everything is working fine now so I can come pick up the car. My mother asked him a simple question about the valve possibly coming loose again if I'm driving. Trent gets mad and tells my mom that she can bring me back up there and he can write me a check for what I paid for the car and we can call it square. My mom informed him that I paid cash so if he is going to refund me he need to give me back my cash. He told me I'd have to come back on Monday. The next day, Trent sent me a text message changing his mind about giving me my refund that he offered. He told me that I had until Tuesday to come pick up the car or he would call and have it impounded off his lot. I went a got the car, now it's been three weeks, and my driver side window won't roll up all the way, and now I fear I'll have to pay to have the motor replaced. I would advise everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible.

I have never purchased a bad vehicle here, and despite the fact that their prices are a little higher than some of the other used dealerships around town it's worth it just for the fact that you get great service and a dependable vehicle in the long run. They also offer in house financing which I love. The salesmen here are not the average non feeling will say anything uncaring men and women that most other dealerships tend to have so that is also another good reason to choose Economy. I will be returning here to make my next purchase when I decide to purchase another used vehicle. Just wanted to write this review to let people know who are interested in a decent used dealership that this is one of the good ones out there.

This comes after having trouble with getting service at the scheduled appointment time each time I have gone. I sent texts and emails to the management but have gotten zero response after 4 days. I did at least get a text asking me to reschedule after "missing" my scheduled appointment. I responded that I didn't miss and gave a brief but again, I have only heard crickets. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We went back to the dealership at 4:15, (2 hrs and 15min later), and Caldwell still hadn't serviced her vehicle nor even moved it to get serviced. We spoke with the service advisor and she said "did you drop it off or stay here", I told her "she dropped it off and we took her to get some shopping done". She then stated "well they moved other vehicles in front of hers, sorry". My mother in law decided to stay so they would get on it. After waiting at the dealership another 20 min. they still hadn't moved her car. My mother in law doesn't get upset much, but after waiting longer she finally told them to give her, her keys and she left.Caldwell, why have people make time appointments, and you can't even service a vehicle in a timely manner and to move others ahead of others, Shame on you!

It didn't come from some where else, Because I don't go anywhere. That day I dropped it off was the only place I went. To and from there. They still deny it. $310.00 I spent! They allowed us to leave the trailer behind their shop while they hunted for replacement parts for the truck. The manager even used his own car to take us to a nearby hotel where we stayed until the truck was repaired. I can't say enough good things about the care we received from Total Tire and Automotive.
