Because we had a solid agreement, I gave them permission to run a credit check to finalize everything, and the finance manager, Sandy, assured me they would make the deal work. The very next day, I received a text claiming they had tried to reach me (which they absolutely did not--no missed calls or voicemails) and that the vehicle we had literally just agreed upon had already been sold out from under me. It is completely unacceptable to ding a customer's credit score when you have no intention of honoring your word or holding the vehicle. Total lack of integrity and communication from Sheldon, Sandy, and the rest of the team. Save your credit history and your time, and take your business to a dealership that operates with basic honesty.

When I tried to drive it back to the dealership, it nearly died before I made it to the lot. Eagle worked on it a second time and I didn't make it halfway home the second time. Tried to call them and no one would return my call. I've gone from a vehicle that had no issues other than a slight oil leak to a car that I can't drive 10 miles without errors saying to shut the engine off due to low oil pressure. Find somewhere else to take your car. This is the kind of service you expect from a sketchy garage not a dealership.

I traded in my car for a truck at the end of August 2024 and it is now the end of October and they still have yet to get my truck registered. And get this, they've already sold the vehicle I traded in! They kept my license plate upon trade and after me calling over a month later asking about it they told me it was all taken care of and to come get my plate (mind you I live an hour from the dealership). A month later I get a collections notice on the car I traded in saying I was late on my payment. WHAT?! Tim Short was supposed to send in the payoff and didn't! I called and told them and they said they'd take care of it. I waited a week and called my bank and nothing had been sent. I called the dealership and threatened legal action and lo and behold it somehow got paid that day! Since I picked up my plate I thought everything was fine until last week. I work 9 hours from home and I was surprised when I walked out to my truck one day last week to find a TOW NOTICE on my window for an UNREGISTERED VEHICLE! My truck is STILL not registered in my name! My plate is still registered to my original vehicle I traded in which is now owned by someone else. The lady I spoke with at the dealership said that they don't keep tags? Then why did our sales rep keep it? We were also told (when we called after the first month) that whoever was in charge of handling registration left my paperwork on her desk and went on vacation. Then I'm told that my Certificate of Origin they had requested from wherever was destroyed when they received it and they don't know how or why. They also couldn't tell me why they don't have a new one. I nearly got a ticket and my brand new truck towed because they've had 2 months to do their jobs and haven't done it. I'm almost 40 and never had a ticket! The lady I spoke with said there are only two of them in the office doing all that paperwork. All I know to tell Tim Short is that they'd better hire a few more people to help in that department because I've been told I'm not the only one that's had this problem. It's all so very unprofessional. I will never do business with Tim Short again and will discourage others as well.
