Therefore, I am not keen to praise doctors. However, PAMF has a wonderful, smart, caring family doctor that I am compelled to recommend. Her name is Doctor Maggie Williams. Dr Williams is smart, dedicated, experienced, and caring. I have had some major medical issues which Dr. Williams expertly diagnosed and has been helping me resolve. My daughter has a medical issue that her pediatrician and gynecologist misdiagnosed but Dr Williams was quick to diagnose correctly. Dr Williams is conservative and logical in her approach to treatment. She listens and asks intelligent questions. She will order tests when appropriate and will refer patients to specialists both in and outside of PAMF. She will take the time to answer your questions and concerns. She really cares. Like I said, I am very skeptical of the medical profession but if you are looking for an excellent family doctor, then check out Dr. Williams. I have never been to a doctor so caring, so thorough, and kind. We talked over my various symptoms and she ordered a panel of tests which which identified the culprit. She then had the whole picture and began our regimen of recovering out of an acute phase of a yes damn my aim well-being patient log She tested again to determine the accuracy of that number, and it did show up again the same way so then she was able to make a plan to treat me. This kind of diagnosis is chronic, so there's no curing it. I was a patient at Shanahan Rheumatology for approximately seven years. During that time, I became…read moreincreasingly concerned about the practice's communication, care coordination, and responsiveness to patient concerns. I received conflicting information from different providers and staff members regarding my treatment plan. Over the period two physician assistants offered contradictory recommendations, a staff nurse provided guidance that conflicted with the PA's instructions. When I sought clarification, my questions were not adequately addressed, and I was unable to obtain clear, consistent guidance regarding my care. I also attempted to raise concerns through the patient portal, but those efforts proved frustrating and unproductive. In some instances, the information provided appeared inconsistent with FDA recommendations. I was never given the opportunity to discuss these concerns directly with Dr. Shanahan. In fact, after my initial visit, I never saw him again. Rather than addressing my concerns, I ultimately received a letter from Dr. Shanahan terminating the physician-patient relationship. Based on my experience, the quality of communication, continuity of care, and patient support declined significantly during my years with the practice and fell well below the standard of care I had come to expect.

I have insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and have not lapse insurance in I do not know how many years, so this shouldn't happen from a primary care appointment. 2. I gave them my insurance card when i came in and they input my information. 3. they never called me to notify me that i had a bill or sent out notification that i had a bill, so how am i to know i have a bill. 4. I am also a patient access front desk staff for a hospital and am well aware of the no surprise care act where you should not have services rendered and be unaware or surprised by a random cost or bill. Next problem is i was instructed that my insurance company did not pay out after the claim for services were sent in, and that i should call my insurance company, this is also not something I the pt should be doing, but i called anyways and found out nothing was ever recieved by this place. so now i call thier billing department with my bcbs insurance rep on a 3 way call to straighten out and find where the disconnect is, ofc it was on the pcp side as they switched the last two numbers of my policy number when inputing my insurance information. Next problem i have been calling for 3 days straight trying to find out had the issue been resolved and i was also going to schedule my mother a new patient appt for the same day as my upcoming appt. every time i call i was told to hold not asked if i could like the proper protocol but told to hold and immediately placed on hold, ALL 3 TIMES!!!, by the last call i asked her not to place me on hold and she still did, at this point i am now calling to check the resolution of the bill and also to cancel my upcoming appointment as i have lost interest in continuing care with this PCP office strictly off the front desk incompetency alone, to no avail i cannot get them to stop placing me on hold.
