Dr Craig Stevens has been my general physician for many years and I absolutely trust him with my…read morehealth. He actually takes an interest in you, engages you in conversation to not only hear your acute symptoms but to get a sense for what other physical, environmental, emotional, spiritual factors influence your well-being. Dr Stevens has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at ease even for the awkward exams... you know the ones. He will also not hesitate to let you know, in no uncertain terms, if you're neglecting your health. I, for one, appreciate the lack of candy coating when it comes to my health. Triangle Family Care also has nurse practitioners for when Dr Stevens is not available. Kellie and Crystal are professional and knowledgeable and every bit as personable as Dr Stevens. The office and nursing staff is very friendly and competent. I certainly plan to stick with Triangle Family Care.

If I had done this review a year ago Triangle would've gotten 4 stars. Unfortunately that meant that I would only see him 1x yearly for my annual physical. OK, I could deal with that because I knew that if something major was going on he would always be available to step in. Well welcome to the new Triangle Family Care. Dr. Stevens has decided that he is now going to turn his attention to aesthetics. Unless you are a concierge patient (which I am not) that's it for any one-on-one visits..forever & always, and while I have total confidence in the PAs that work there, I really would like to have a relationship with my doctor. Now that that will no longer be an option I'm afraid Triangle is now a 3 star practice. :(

After my experience with this office, I have serious concerns regarding the professionalism and…read moreleadership of the office manager. Whether you are a current patient, prospective patient, current employee, or someone considering employment here, I believe it is important to share my firsthand experience. During my nearly two years at this clinic, I repeatedly observed inconsistent management, poor communication, and a workplace culture that often felt divided rather than collaborative. In my experience, employees were not always held to the same standards, resulting in what appeared to be favoritism and inconsistent enforcement of workplace policies. This negatively affected morale, teamwork, and trust among staff. I witnessed the office manager frequently making negative and highly inappropriate comments about both current providers and former providers as well as discussing current or former staff members. Office management has crossed all boundaries and lines. They would try to obtain information from staff rather than directly speaking with providers. Staff who had no knowledge of the situation were instructed by office management to not discuss this with the provider and said: "Do not mention it to them, then." More unwelcoming comments such as speaking negatively on providers who no longer work in the office stating they fired a medical assistant because they were "fat" or stating they asked out an MA "that was around your age" is not what I asked to hear nor what we were discussing in the first place whatsoever. These comments were unrelated to the discussion taking place and involved sensitive information regarding a provider and former employees. It also caused me to question how providers and staff may be discussed when they are not present. This has contributed to an extremely offensive and humiliating workplace environment. I also witnessed many incidents in which the office manager was speaking to a provider in a highly unprofessional manner, including raising their voice, rolling their eyes, and abruptly ending the conversation without resolving the issue. In my opinion, this behavior created unnecessary tension and discouraged productive communication between leadership and providers. One of the most concerning incidents I observed by the office manager involved patient information carelessly being left visible on an unattended desk with the office door open during clinic hours. I felt compelled to cover the paperwork and close the door myself because I believe protecting patient information should be second nature in any healthcare setting. I found this inconsistent with the level of professionalism and confidentiality patients should expect from a medical office, especially the office manager. I also observed situations where inappropriate comments made by certain employees about providers were not addressed by management, while other employees appeared to receive much closer scrutiny. Likewise, I witnessed occasions where staff were encouraged to file HR complaints over relatively minor issues that could have been handled through routine management, yet more significant concerns involving favored employees did not appear to receive the same response. This inconsistency raised concerns for me about office management targeting certain staff, displaying favoritism, and highly unfair treatment. Over time, I watched over 7+ former staff members leave and complain specifically about management, yet nothing has been done with our office management. Former staff have said they felt racially discriminated against, bullied, were told highly offensive and inappropriate jokes, harassed, manipulated, and were talked negatively about, but no action has been taken despite their complaints being filed and documented. Patients deserve to receive care in an environment where professionalism, confidentiality, respectful communication, and accountability are consistently demonstrated. Based on my own firsthand observations and experience, I cannot recommend this office!!!

Went to see them on June 2 still have not gotten referral. I think it's incompetence.read more
