Tony and his team have always been there for me. After 14 years with virtually no claims, Liberty Mutual dropped coverage for my rental properties and later my home. While some brokers wouldn't even return my calls, Tony and his team helped me find solutions. They've also been consistently responsive whenever I've needed policy changes--including multiple adjustments to my umbrella coverage over the years. What really sets Tony apart is his integrity. When an insurer he recommended couldn't cover my home because of its proximity to trees, he gave me the names of other companies to try before pursuing surplus lines coverage--even though it meant taking my business elsewhere. His advice worked. After decades of working with insurance brokers, Tony stands out as someone I trust to put my interests first. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough!

I dealt with Rhainne Pierson who gave me sales talk for 15 minutes before revealing that they would not rewrite any policies for California. When I asked why she didn't lead with that information. She told me I should have picked up on her nuances. Then she asked me invasive questions about my dad's death, that their records hold. Very uncomfortable experience!!
