When that third party insurance was dragging their feet and it was weeks without them following up or making any progress Kathleen went to bat for me by not only calling that insurance, but also by calling the third party herself. She basically did the job of the other insurance agency for them, just so that I could have peace of mind and get the claim taken care of.
