I ordered a seafood boil with Cajun butter, headless shrimp, and crab legs--it was delicious and packed with flavor. Their buy-one-get-one special was a great deal, and the Hurricane I had was pretty good too. The only downside was the service. It took a while for our food to come out, and one person in our party didn't get their order until we flagged down the waitress--about 30 minutes later. Great food and deals, but the service could be better.

The food was fresh and hot! We had the shrimp basket and the scallop basket. Both were excellent! Our server was Reign and she gave us just the right amount of attention! The tables are covered with craft paper, which has a great seafood down home ambiance. The decor was netting that gave the right vibe. Our table was in a corner, so only moderately noisy. We were able to have a conversation with no problem!

My wife and I and daughter were out doing some shopping at the Mills and figured we'd grab a bite to eat before heading to the house . Well , after a round of "what do want " I don't know..... what do you want ? We decided on visiting the Crafty crab. After all , you can't go wrong with seafood right ? Boy were we wrong . When we walked in we were serenaded by " Pop that coochie" from the 2 live crew . We were seated and ordered . I was then told what I ordered wasn't available and the menu didn't reflect that . Ok , no problem so I went with a Po boy fish sandwich and the wife got a boil to share with the daughter . The Po boy came out really fast , like too fast and so I was like ok let's see what this is all about . The bun was refrigerator cold and the "fish" was more breading than fish and had an awful oil tinge to it . A fish filet could have beat it. The wife didn't even finish eating as she said it was awful. Besides the "ambiance " Tran's the food , I'd say the soft drink was the best thing and the server was cool as well . No thank you crafty crab. When I got home I had a feeling of nausea and kept trying to wash it away with anything I could keep down .

Half pieces of Fried Catfish Basket (4)

Absolutely not! I order my catfish basket from here and it's always good. No complaints. Tonite they decided to sell me half pieces instead of whole pieces and they think customers are stupid I guess because I take photos of my food and post reviews. I am very disappointed In their policy. Mgr said since I won't bring it back( wasted fuel) they can't remake it. Dumb policy. I have my receipt and photos with time stamps. They must be struggling financially because reputable establishments trust their customers enough to simply remake the food without seeing the original food. I guess they won't be open for long since they are cutting fillets in half now to save a buck. $16.80 for 4 half pieces of fish is insulting. Too many other places with actual whole pieces of fish so bye UnCrafty Crab! LOL

    Snow Crab Legs and Fries

Went here on a Saturday to spontaneously get some lunch for my cousin's birthday. I was impressed with the tables (the butcher paper and the trash cans), but me being impressed stopped about there. Our server was fine, but she got on my nerves a bit, since she kept bugging us for the check every 10-15 minutes despite one of us clearly still eating. And then when we were finally ready to pay, she was nowhere to be seen. We split the 1lb of snow crab legs ($30.99) seasoned with their regular, medium seasoning. 1lb netted us a cluster each. It was.. fine. My cousin thought that the crab was a bit undercooked, I thought it was overcooked. Each time we broke a leg, the meat broke with it, so we had to put more effort than usual into getting the meat out. I may not be a cook, but I know something wasn't right about that. The 1lb orders of seafood come with 2 pieces of corn and 2 potatoes. The corn was sweet and cooked fine. I personally don't like corn so I gave mine to my cousin. The potato was fine as well. It tasted much better when I constantly kept dipping it back into the seasoning. I ordered some fries ($4) since I didn't think 1 snow crab cluster was enough, and they were just fine. I'm surprised they weren't seasoned, so I just dipped the fries into the crab seasoning too. It was okay, but I don't see myself returning. ---------- Overall: My ratings: **Snow crab legs: 6.5/10 **Potatoes: 6/10 **Fries: 7/10 My cousin's ratings: **Snow crab legs: 4/10 **Potatoes: 5/10 **Corn: 6/10 Total rating: 5.75/10 (or 2.88/5, rounded to 3/5 for Yelp) Total cost: ~$42 (minus gratuity)

Definitely worth coming here for some delicious seafood boil. I had the headless shrimp with the Cajun seasoning. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it. The service was fast and pleasant. The decor was on point.

We had fried shrimp plate and the fried scallop plate. Both we fresh and delicious. We also got mini cheese cakes since it was my birthday! Reign was a delightful waitress

Okay so I really don't eat seafood, and not because I don't like it, I just don't ever order it out or buy it to eat at home. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked this spot out. A friend of mine and her mommy popped in after the University Wine Fest and were seated immediately. It was pretty empty for a busy Saturday. It's not a fancy spot by any means and that's okay. It kind of looks like a pirate ship inside lol, with all the decor. But I guess that's the point. The menu was pretty self explanatory, even after all our wine samples we just had lol. I ordered the boil with a pound of shrimp and it came in a steam bag with corn, potatoes and lots of seasoning. I got the "boom" seasoning which is all of the season options mixed together. This was SO GOOD!!! I also got a side of sweet potato fries, they were okay. Kind of overcooked. Overall, this was a yummy and filling meal. I'd go back if I ever got a hankering for seafood.

Me and my family visited here for Sunday lunch. We were a group of 7 and the service was surprisingly fast. Usually there is a delay when serving a large group, but they were quick & accurate. I was truly impressed with the service! The food was absolutely amazing!!! I had not one complaint! This is my new favorite seafood spot!

Luckily we snagged a spot and walked over to the lake area. We were seated quickly and our server took drink orders and gave us a chance to review the large menu. You get a choice of sides, and we tried the Mexican street corn salad and the Mac and cheese. I wasn't a huge fan of the corn salad. It was served cold, but I wasn't really a fan of the taste. The Mac and cheese looked creamy and gooey and was told it was really good. Next time I will order a different side. The atmosphere here is bright and lively with a nice view of the water where you can take paddle boat rides. People love to walk over here, so it is nice to have an open view. The restaurant has a tiki bar vibe and has surfing theme throughout the place. Really fun and relaxing. This is a great stop if you are in the area, expect to circle the lot a bit on the weekends, but the food and atmosphere are great here. We will definitely return to Boardwalk Billy's.

We ordered the Sol Sunrise and the Berry Delish - Both were not only good but strong as well. Our waitress was polite and offered some good recommendations on what to get. The waffle was fine - Didn't look or taste like a fresh waffle but again it was fine. Those potatoes??? 10/10 - I could've just gotten those and would've been content since I'm an avid potato lover! Also, got the Sol All Star Breakfast. Waffle, Eggs, Turkey Bacon, and "Homestyle Fries." Everything was cooked as expected and taste was good. It's a nice brunch spot right at the boardwalk. The restaurant was busy but not overly so. They were able to seat us right away. There were lots of delicious items on the menu. My friends all got the salmon (two grilled and one fried). I got the crabcake because I just have to be different, I guess. They brought out cornbread muffins with honey butter that were delicious. They were really soft and cake-like and the honey butter topping was awesome. Two of us got side salads for our side and they came out with the meal, which isn't my preference but the food came out quickly any way so it was fine. The side salads were MASSIVE. Lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and onions (removed from mine) in a huge bowl. Probably could have been a meal to itself. The food came out and there was some confusion on sides that were mismatched and all of the salmons were grilled (instead of the one fried). Everyone really enjoyed their meal. I kinda wish I had gotten the salmon because it looked amazing and really well seasoned. The crab cake I had was good too. I think it had their Garlic Parmesan Cream sauce on top. The crab cake was big and had plenty of crab. I think I would have preferred a traditional tartar sauce on the side. I got their mac and cheese for my other side. It was super creamy and cheesy. It was also topped with the garlic parmesan cream sauce. Very tasty. Service was good. Not ton of visits to the table but I don't think we ever wanted for anything. My total with tip was about $40 and I think it was worth it for all the food I got. Would be a fun place to return too! Good job, Sol'Delish!

The crust was good, very crisp and the pizza is light with a little crisp to the dough, definitely not soggy. I had the French onion soup.... Unimpressed. I may be a French onion snob as I've been lucky to travel around the country and tried numerous soups (including in France). This was very average, I like the bread to be a little crispy, this was soggy, and the cheese, once I pushed into the soup. It all kind of gelled together. Like you can't get bites with other parts of the soup. I was literally using my knife to try and cut it apart so I could eat it in pieces and not one huge chunk. But it became too tedious and eventually I had to eat the cheese all together. I really liked the chicken wings, cooked well, I really enjoyed the bbq sauce. The wings are by far my favorite. As I have to come here multiple times a year to visit our office. I'm sure I'll try more food. For a hotel restaurant, it's pretty good.
