This place is the absolute best option for plants... and more! Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond! I struggle with making decisions and she is so helpful and gives great recommendations! I love my new plants! I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! Thanks Rachel!

This place was great!! Rachel is so cool and this business is a store and workshop and it is super magical. Lots of amazing rare plants and crafts. My partner and I came for the moss art class and we really enjoyed it and left with our beautiful art. The materials we used in the class were very high end and there was so much to choose from. I highly recommend and plan to come back.

Beth is the best! Super friendly, helpful and just overall a kind person! Came in looking for a plant and left with a plant and so much knowledge. They even offer work shops here as well. A must stop if you're a plant lover. They sell all kinds of smaller plants, both indoor and out. You'll be sure to leave with some plantspiration too!

Came here last night for my birthday week celebrations with a friend and we had the most wonderful time. Rachel was so knowledgeable and helpful but also encouraged each of us to express ourselves in each unique piece of art. There were so many types of mosses and natural materials to bring your ideas to life. The flower, mushroom, and shell collections really added a nice variety. I wouldn't hesitate to take another workshop here. Thanks so much

Such a lovely space. The staff/owner were knowledgeable, super friendly and fun. Love my purchases. Appreciated the great selection and the way it was all displayed. Visited from out of town. Will hit this place up every time I'm in the area (which will be more often now because I can't wait to return).

I love this neighborhood gem! The plant section of this store is the absolute best. Thank you to craftmossphere for making my new apartment look so rad. Really cool custom pieces that are so trendy. Plants, containers, dried flowers! You name it. Check it out & support! I am OBSESSED.

There's so much to see, so bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfy shoes since the ground can be uneven. You'll encounter steps, slopes, and some dirt paths. The parking lot is small and fills up fast, so I like to get there early, especially if I'm doing a big plant haul. It can be tricky loading plants when you're parked far away. What doesn't this place have? There's an onsite bar and grill that's dog‑friendly, has live music, and serves brunch on weekends. There's also a cute boutique flower/gift shop with curated items perfect for any plant lover. They offer free local classes to help educate the community -- I've taken the shrub class, but they have tons of gardening‑related workshops. They have chickens, birds, turtles, and more. They care for and rescue animals, which is amazing. They sell compost, and they have every plant you can imagine, plus a large selection of seeds, pots, tools, beekeeping supplies, and canning equipment. I love that this is a neighborhood, locally owned nursery that truly gives back. They do so much to educate the community and promote sustainability. I came to this event for Sip & Swap, where you bring your own plant and swap it with others. I loved the idea and had never been to North Park Nursery before, so I was excited to visit for the first time. The space itself is huge, with plants everywhere, from the left side to the back to the right side. They also have stickers, cards, and all sorts of plant-related items. All the plants looked really healthy, and there's a wide variety to choose from. The event even had drinks, like an agave drink, which was free. The vibe was great, and there's outdoor seating where you can relax and admire the plants. Prices range from about $20 to $70, depending on the type and size of the plant. I especially loved the section in the back called "plants that need extra love." These plants are 50% off, perfect if you want to rejuvenate a slightly struggling plant, and they even come with a vase, so you can care for it on your own schedule. They also have pet-friendly plants, which is great if you have dogs, cats, or other animals at home. Overall, I really loved this place. If you're a plant person, I would definitely stop by if you're in the North Park area.
