I requested foam for 2 other chair cushions ( this appears on the order form) and I received 6" thick poly fill cushions that were way too large. For rattan chairs. I offered to leave the chair with them but Brenda declined- I figured as the owner and a designer she knew what she was doing. I showed a picture of what I liked. Six weeks later I picked up the cushions, said I could live with the ties, but the other cushions were completely wrong. She asked me to wait 2 weeks until after July 4 to bring cushions and chair back. I agreed. Took them back- we discussed, way too large, why not the foam, I wanted firm and shape was wrong. Two weeks later I received call to please come in and look at the revisions. Still too long, still not shaped and still not foam. Got a call 1 1/2 weeks later, cushions were back and they looked great. I went to pick up- still too long, still no foam and maybe- corners had been shaped but otherwise nothing had been done. Brenda made no comment as I took chair and cushions. I knew I would never get what I wanted and paid for from her. I am donating the cushions to Humble Design which decorates 1st homes for the homeless and hoping they will get some donated chairs that could use 6" thick puffy cushions. Communication issues seem to be with Brenda.
