I did manage to get one email reply. When I tried to follow up to set up an appointment...nothing. I tried calling multiple time since, sending more emails, and still getting no response. Not sure what they issue is there. If they don't want the work, just reply once and say you aren't interested. Definitely disappointed with this. It shouldn't be that hard to get a response.

There was a reason to have them come back a year later on another matter and they were prompt to make the time to get to the issues and resolve them in a professional manner. We're sharing…read moreour experience so that other consumers do not find themselves being taken advantage in the way that we have been. Tile by Design does not disclose either in writing, verbally, or on their website if specific tile is special order/non-refundable. When we placed the order for our tile, we specifically asked if the 10% overage in square footage was returnable. A Tile by Design employee told us that it was in fact returnable. Additionally, none of the paperwork we receive, including the receipt, said that the tile was special order/non-refundable. After receiving the tile, we discovered that it was full of scratches, divots, pin holes, air bubbles, and chipped edges. When attempting to return the tile, they would not accept. They told us the only way we could return the tile was if we paid for a shipping and restocking fee, which resulted in 40% of the overall purchase. We even offered to share the return costs by suggesting 20% each and they refused. Their lack of integrity for both the quality of their product and treatment of their customers is unacceptable. We encourage all consumers to take your business elsewhere.

I was looking for inexpensive carpet to be installed quickly and had been to both Home Depot and Lowes. I was SO frustrated by the lack of knowledge of the store employees and stressed about having to make an appointment with a 3rd party, potentially get an asbestos test and not fully knowing WHEN everything would be completed. I mentioned my situation while at a luncheon and 2 separate neighbors suggested I call CBL. Boy am I glad I did!! Not only did CBL have a much better quality and color selection of quick install carpet but Frank, one of the owners, came out to measure and provided a quote. The quote was very similar in price to the big box stores. Carpets were installed by a super detail oriented team within 5 days of my original call. Everything was perfect! Then the rains and warmer weather came and the basement flooded 3 days after our carpet was installed. Frank and his team went way beyond anything I could have imagined and offered to come and pick up the carpet and bring it to their warehouse to dry out. The team is now ready to reinstall when we are sure basement is dry. I will forever be a CBL customer and will continue to share my awesome experience with anyone who will hear me. They are very professional and knowledgable about flooring. I made at least 5 trips into the store for color selection and sample check outs. They came out to my home to help me finalize my selections. They even offered help with wall colors too. I think the pricing is fair comparing CBL to the larger big box stores. The main difference is that this is a family owned business and it is clear that their customers come first. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am now in the process of looking at their selections of blinds from Hunter Douglas. I highly recommend this company.

No hesitation recommending them for any project you have.
