On many perfectly beautiful weather days there were no workers present at all. Excuses such as "mud" on the ground were put forth for delays and slow pace. We live, and this company operates, in Chicago, not Phoenix. Weather and mud are part of the annual environmental factors here, and there are obvious ways to manage those factors. I have patiently waited many months before submitting this review. I am fed up. There are elderly and disabled people in this building whose only reasonable access to being outside of their units is to access their balconies. I see many good reviews for this company. All I can say is that they have apparently placed a very low priority on this project. This is so disrespectful of the residents of this property, who paid up front for the work. I find it hard to politely convey how angry I am with this company.

I actually happy for the whole process because he made everything easy to deal with. Everything was great that I even thought that when the time comes for my roof to be replaced, I would call him. We'll, not even a year pass, one part of the siding in the back of my garage next to the ceiling, came off, and slipped on the ground There was no high winds or storm during those times. Right away I took a picture and send that it to Mark. It took awhile and a few text messages for him to reply. He said he will order the parts. I said the siding was still good, can still be used I guessed. He was the expert, so I waited. A month passed, no word from him. I messaged him, I called him and left a voicemail. No reply. I even told him, I'm giving him a chance before I write my review like I usually do, either I'm happy or sad with the service I received. No reply, no email or a call from Mark or any representative to even just a courtesy call and to tell me that He didn't care. Now another raised. The connections between sidings and trims on my sunroom windows were melting it seemed. So now there's a gap and the trims coming off. That was one of the reasons why I had my sidings replaced.

They were not even able to be opened in many cases. They removed everything, even replaced the wood around the window openings, sealed everything up and did an amazing job. Almost all projects at our house have had issues from previous work done, but they were able to keep rolling and got everything done perfectly. So nice to be able to open windows and have a sliding door that actually works.....and even locks! We even changed 2 of our windows to a large picture window with 2 double hung windows on sides. It completely changed the rooms and made the whole space look so much better. Have had them installed for a little over a month now and it has been such a difference. The draft from the old windows is gone, the fall temperature changes from 80s to 30s had made less of an impact inside the house also. From the first initial meeting to the final walk through everything was great. Can't wait to hopefully use them for our siding replacement next year!

They saved me about $30,000. Limited my cost to$1,000 deductible. They were a hard work crew that was very clean. When done everything was clean,picked up and disposed of. As soon as I made the final payment I was not able to get anyone out. -we were suppose to get black windows but they installed white. When it was brought up they told me they would paint them and have yet to complete that task. - they never returned to finish cleaning up the job site and fix all the dirt the moved away for the foundation.

Can't walk outside without a mask! The poor naive workers don't even bother to wear a mask when cutting toxic stuff like getting silica in their lungs! Just throw trash right on the ground so that the wind can carry it everywhere! Chaotic mess! I wish I never moved here to Show Low. I hope these workers develop a conscious and quit dumping all over! No care and just a sloppy disaster zone! Regret moving to Show Low. Don't waste your money on these careless people that just want your money! Simply no attention to detail, no common courtesy, no work ethic....just get the job done quickly and sloppily. Literally every fixture is crooked and loose.
