I went to Menards to purchase some bathroom remodeling materials. I found the items but needed help…read morewith ordering. This is not an easy task. You can hardly find anyone in certain areas. I found someone and was directed to the correct person. Most are not very friendly people but they are knowledgeable. I was helped by Roz who knows her stuff. She asked questions, got my order together and walked me to the shipping area to have it set up for delivery. I asked one of the guys about installers and he stated that flyers were at the end of the counter. I looked but I did not go far enough I guess. He sounded frustrated and said the END of the counter. I tried not to take it personally but he did finally come and show me. The lady that helped with shipping was friendly and helpful. Overall, I got what I wanted. I will update later on how the delivery and install goes.

We were looking for small bins to tidy up our cupboards and linen closet and found just what we needed. We also found a nice coat rack for the wall by our back door. The staff was super friendly and helpful with their suggestions as they guided us to what we were looking for. As of this writing 5/10/26 they're condensing the store to make room for Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise, so there's some great clearance prices. We're looking forward to returning for more organization ideas and to see the look of the store once the transformation is complete. Keep this store in mind if your spaces need organizing because there is definitely something for every room and everybody.

They certainly seem to operate with the fly-by-night business model. Their Livonia warehouse looks like a total dive. My wife and I ordered furniture back in March of 2013, and and as of October 2013 we have not received the completed set. They stopped returning calls and e-mails. I had to actually drive to the store only to be given the run-around again. We'll be taking legal action shortly. I'd venture a guess the few positive review on here are from friends and family members of the owners.

I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.

It's frustrating to see a manager treat both customers and staff this way. If there are communication breakdowns, the focus should be on improving the flow of information, not attacking those affected by it!!! I also wanted to shout out Aubrey, she was so polite to me the entire time I was in the bulding (unlike the acting manager).
