An excellent place to enjoy a crafted beer or whiskey from their vast selection. The vibe is upbeat with experienced staff who are attentive and allows you the space to decide in so many choices - Beer? Whiskey? Scotch? Bourbon? The world is your oyster here! Don't forget to order your charcuterie board and find a place to sit (three levels and seating options from intimate to social). A "not to be missed" experience for those of you who enjoy the finer things in life. Take a first date or celebrate 20 years. Have a private event. This place can do it all.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I wish every town had a bar this unique! Good drinks! Good atmosphere! And even better staff! The dessert charcuterie board is also DELICIOUS! This is a STAPLE for my family!

This location is so beautiful. It's inside of an old bank and they've really maintained the character of the building and its architecture. The food is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but the cocktails are great and service is friendly. Troy could really use some nice cocktail bars in my opinion what with the Mayflower closing now too. I hope this place sticks around! I need it to so I can keep having date nights there

Plenty for two of us to eat for dinner!

A forty minute drive for some cheese and a beer?! Totally worth it!! We have heard wonderful things about Crafted & Cured for a long time so we were excited to finally take the time to drive up to Troy from Springboro. It's in a kind of unassuming storefront and then we walked in and were floored at how big and beautiful this establishment is. It's in an old 2 story bank from back in the day when banks were lavish. They have added so many different seating areas, many of which were comfy sofas with a living room feel, but they also had more dining type seating for those who preferred that. We ordered the cheese board, which was huge! Sometimes big portions mean the quality isn't there, but this was delicious! The Guinness cheese was to die for! I had heard that Crafted & Cured was pricey, but we ordered a $30 cheese charcuterie board and that was dinner for me and my husband. You get a lot for that 30 bucks! It is a bit of a drive but we're already talking about taking our adult kids with us sometime soon!

lol gud drinks, so delicious,10/10,nice people. Very attentive. Talked about the most depressing things at dinner and the waiter gave me a hug

The new bourbon and cocktail bar is open! Very extensive bourbon and scotch collection as well as an inventive and inviting cocktail menu.

This bar was super neat! I heard this place moved from downtown into an old bank in Troy. The decor is super coordinated and I like that they've kept with the bank theme. I loved the high ceilings and the large windows. There are 3 floors so there's plenty of seating. It's inconvenient but there are 3 different bars, each for a certain menu item: liquor, beer & cider, and food--we walked all over the establishment. They have lots of whiskey options but I'm not a huge fan and the daiquiri I got was not good. The charcuterie boards are designed well and the cider is flavorful!. Great place to hangout with friends!

We decided to try this new place as it looks interesting and it's just off the square in Troy. It's worthy on all aspects. It's fun, it's delicious, it's alive, and it's a beautiful facility. If your into wonderful flavors, pickled eggs and pickled avocados, prosciutto, excellent cheeses, wonderful olives, - this is your place. Oh, beer on tap the list is extensive, wines are selective. It's a wonderful, absolutely beautiful place to spend a bit of time and enjoy the charcuterie boards. We just loved it. It's a Troy special place! As Arnold said' I'll be back!'

This place is a gigantic upgrade from their old locale in Dayton. It looks upscale, feels upscale, and the beer selection is just as big as the building. There is charcuterie, ready to order, if you get hungry, and there's so many seating options that it can almost be overwhelming. I wish it wasn't so "out of the way" in Troy, but if you're already in Troy, don't forget about Moeller's Brew Barn to make a day of it. I wish I could live here. (This place is dispersed among 3 different floors. I did not see an elevator, but they may have a service one available somewhere.) PROS: -THREE separate "bars", all functional on a random dead time on Friday. This keeps lines way down, and it lets you pick exactly what you'd like to drink or eat. You order your charcuterie at one bar, beers at another bar, and cocktails/whiskeys/bourbons at the third bar. -All of their bars use the same tabs, so you can give your credit card at one spot and never have to worry about pulling it out again. -Service was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was really helpful - even as it was starting to pick up in customers. -It's gorgeous. It's absolutely gorgeous. While Crafted and Cured always tried for an upscale vibe at their old locale, the building here simply has it built in - and Crafted and Cured simply added the finishing touches. The open room, the gigantic vaulted ceilings, and the large, beautiful glass let in so much natural light. Crafted and Cured added beautiful glass taps, a waterfall mirror, and beautiful bottle and food presentation to really take it to the next level. -They have a gigantic selection of beer. Really, they have SO MUCH beer. They have a list using Untappd on their website if you wnat to have a good idea of what you want before you stand there at the bar like an idiot (like I did). -They have some unique-sounding cocktails. Their cocktails are very heavily based in bourbons and whiskeys, so be aware. -The charcuterie treats were delicious as well. I wish they had a few more "plain" options for boring tastes like mine, but they DO have a dessert-focused charcuterie board which was awesome. And when I wanted a treat but not an entire board, they were able to sell their macarons individually for me as a great addition to our experience. -Lots of seating options. Couch? Awesome. Too informal? They also have tables and chairs for both large parties and smaller ones. If you want more privacy or a quieter space, the downstairs was abandoned, and it had huge tables that would be awesome for board gaming. CONS: -The ground floor has two individual, one-stall restrooms, gender marked. The upper floor doesn't have any restrooms. The basement/bottom floor has multi-stall, gender marked restrooms. This means you may end up taking a flight of stairs (or two) depending on busyness in order to pee. (If this is a concern, top floor bar is cocktails, ground floor bar includes beer bar and charcuterie bar, and there is no service in the basement, just seating.) -It's a BIG building. This place felt a bit chilly in the winter. The upper floors were warmest, and the basement definitely required a hoodie. Bring layers if you plan on staying awhile and get chilly easily.

We ordered several charcuterie boards, and they did not disappoint. The presentation was stunning, with an artful arrangement of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, and a variety of accompaniments like pickles, olives, and fresh fruit. Each element was thoughtfully chosen to create a harmonious balance of flavors. My absolute favorite was the smoked salmon! My husband enjoyed an Old Fashioned and I had the Bees Knees cocktail. Exceptional! Highly recommend!

First time going to this amazing place. The building is an old bank that has been updated to be a very cool sophisticated spot. A huge selection of beers and cocktails with the most over the top charcuterie boards I have ever seen. The boards are a work of art. Very comfortable place to relax and unwind, well worth the drive to Troy from South Dayton

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and it was so relaxing, with the sun setting over the western horizon and the Barn not to packed it was a perfect night. The Brew Barn is awesome with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and that really cool modern barn vibe that we all love. With a great menu with pizza, shareable (like 10 barrel pretzel or totchos) to handhelds (cheesesteaks, shrimp tacos or pulled pork to name a few) the menu will have you licking your chops like your favorite K9 back home. All pizzas are brick oven and they do have some stadium dogs too if that the fixing you are looking for. They have happy hour Tuesday - Thursday 3pm-5pm, Friday 11am-5pm and Sunday 9am-8pm. Also on Sunday they have a buffet for lunch from 9am-noon. This location is probably my favorite because it isn't in the city, surrounded by lots of noise, it's off the beaten path and the road less traveled. The service is great and they are super welcoming. Head out to Maria Stein for a slower Saturday or Sunday afternoon and enjoy the original Moeller Brew Barn, it's a great delight.

They are the reason we decided to come out tonight, and we were happy to get a parking spot and a table near the stage. Outstanding cocktails!! I tried the root beer float, the strawberry rum margarita with salt, and the lemon drop martini My husband thought his bacon cheese burger was delicious. I ordered a macaroni and cheese brisket, which the cashier repeated back to me. When they brought my husband's burger, I asked them where my meal was. They said it would be out later. Then, I ordered another drink and asked where my meal was. Again, they said it would be out. I ordered 2 more drinks and asked the same thing. Finally, after my fifth drink, the cashier said, "I don't have a brisket macaroni and cheese on your tab." I said, "I ordered it 2 hours ago and the other cashier read it back to me. I've asked about it multiple times since!!" She said, "well, I'll add it now." So we were there from 6 PM to 9 PM, and I did not receive my food until 8:30. I honestly think three stars is pretty generous on my part considering these "servers" tried the starve me to death and showed zero remorse when i complained about their indifference. Our total bill came to $118, which would have been fine if the food would have come out promptly. My husband overtipped them.

Our host was super friendly and helpful. What really sets this place apart is the bar. The whiskey and bourbon selection is massive, and the lineup of beers on tap is equally impressive. Nicole enjoyed a Boatshow IPA from Yellow Springs Brewery, while I had a tasty IPA from a town outside of Cleveland. Both hit the mark. For food, we kept it simple with wings and fries, and they were exactly what we needed -- hot, flavorful, and satisfying. Combined with the drinks, it made for a refreshing and enjoyable visit. Long Shots blends a fun golf experience with a top‑notch bar and solid food. Whether you're here to swing or just relax with a drink, it's a great spot in Troy.
