We contacted William Reyes Lighting to remove our old light fixtures and install three new chandeliers. The job was straightforward but not necessarily easy: one fixture was located on an 18-foot high ceiling, and our dining room wiring needed to be re-positioned for the new chandelier. They also replaced old dimmer switches with new, LED-compatible smart dimmers. Miguel and Jason were top-notch: knowledgable and professional; courteous and friendly; anticipated potential issues and troubleshooted them beforehand; and took the time to do the work properly, without short cuts. We are very particular and yet they accommodated our requests with a patient and positive attitude (adjusting the fixtures many times in the "a little to the left; no, right; no, up a bit more" kind of way), never making us feel pressured to accept the final results until we were happy. I installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom the day before and apparently I ran a screw through a wire on another (the bathroom and kitchen lights) circuit causing a short. Bruce and Isidor (SP) came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. The house was built in 1924 and has issues. I discussed several other issues with Bruce and he addressed and fixed them all! They installed 2 new electrical receptacles along with a few smaller electrical jobs. The 2 receptacles were in different areas for different purposes. They were very patient in discussing what types of receptacles to install for each specific situation. The actual installations were done beautifully. They look very good to the eye and it appears that they will function exactly how they are intended. While at my home they addressed several smaller issues too. Each one was done in a way that I was very happy with. Overall I had a really good feeling about the work that they did. I also think their price was very fair, less than I thought it would be for actual licensed electricians.
