If all contractors communicated the way Rudy does, half of the world's problems would probably be solved (ok, slight hyperbole). From start to finish, Rudy was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. He let me know when he was heading to my house, when he arrived on the property, and when he left. I never had to wonder whether he was coming or if I had been ghosted by yet another contractor. He kept every appointment and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Apparently, this level of reliability does still exist! He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and offered ideas about what would look best in my backyard. I felt like I was getting genuine advice rather than a sales pitch.
