Illuminated Scapes did our permanent lighting and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience…read more Jonathan, the owner, was fantastic from start to finish -- punctual, professional, and genuinely committed to getting everything just right. He made every adjustment I asked for without any hesitation, and when a small issue popped up after he'd already left, he actually turned around and came back through rush-hour traffic to fix it. You don't see that kind of service anymore. The price was fair, the work was clean, and the end result looks incredible. I've already recommended Illuminated Scapes to my entire neighborhood, and I'll keep doing it. If you're considering permanent lighting, this is the team you want.

Amazing service, great quality product!…read more I called Illuminated Scapes last year to decorate my home and it turned out magical. My entire home was illuminated and just in time for Christmas. I have never been so excited to write a review...and without being asked or begged…read more I honestly cannot say enough good things about Rudy and this company. If all contractors communicated the way Rudy does, half of the world's problems would probably be solved (ok, slight hyperbole). From start to finish, Rudy was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. He let me know when he was heading to my house, when he arrived on the property, and when he left. I never had to wonder whether he was coming or if I had been ghosted by yet another contractor. He kept every appointment and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Apparently, this level of reliability does still exist! He was also extremely respectful and as another Yelper mentioned, never pushy about upselling me. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and offered ideas about what would look best in my backyard. I felt like I was getting genuine advice rather than a sales pitch. There are maybe one or two other people I've hired over the years whom I would gleefully recommend without hesitation. Rudy is now firmly on that very short list. If anyone I know needs bistro lights installed, I wouldn't just recommend him. I'd probably insist. My only complaint is that Rudy doesn't offer more services. I wish he were a roofer, carpenter, electrician, plumber, handyman...hell, at this point, I wish he did everything. I'd hire him for my entire house. Thank you sooooooo much Rudy and team. I love my lights and will enjoy them every night.

He went through all my unopened boxes and crates, on the pretense that he was trying to find a missing box that belonged to him! In actuality; ALL of his parts were together in a separate crate. What he stole from me are many things that can't be replaced. Heirlooms and family momentous. I am 80 years old. I am the last living child out of nine brothers and sisters. All my older relatives are gone . All I have of my past are possessions that belonged to them! Matin took many of them!! In fact most everything he took had some family historical meaning! I had been careful to preserve these items for my Children , so much is lost and I'm devastated! What gives a person the right to take from another person and benefit either by selling the items or enjoying them in his home?! Although he does great work; he is a horrible person!!
