For dinner my wife ordered the Slider Burger Flight, three mini burgers with unique toppings (I could list them, however it would be better if you used the link to the business) Suffice it to say the mini burgers were the most generously sized and a take home box was needed. For myself it was the Cedar Planked Salmon that came with fries, slaw, tartar sauce and the best buttered rye bread. The food, service and selection.... all were outstanding! No greeting, no welcome, no engagement, no smiles - just rude comments because I tried a lot of samples. The wives were not there, who have been super-nice to us in the past. I tried their stingy samples while being insulted for asking for them. (By the way, I normally tip generously because I know how hard it is to run a profitable business.) I wasn't impressed by any of the samples, which seemed bland, but bought one to be nice. The beer slingers still acted like they couldn't care less about us, despite only having a handful of people in there. Never again! They lost us as customers. When your competition brings smiles, and you come across as grumps, it's time to tweak your business model, such as charging for samples, and getting some customer service training. Other places do it. Figure it out!
