The ice cream store was small. It was very nice bar when I went through the freezer door. It was very nice surprise. The cocktails were all good. 100 dollar bill came with the cocktail was so real. I definitely recommend here.
Ice cream shop/speakeasy located in the Art District in downtown Las Vegas. The location is right off of Charleston near 18 bin. If you want to to enter the speakeasy, just ask for the scoop of the day when you enter the ice cream shop. You will be directed through a door that looks like a freezer. Once inside you are transported to a beautiful speakeasy with both modern and vintage touches. The menu has a variety of craft cocktails. They are mocktails as well. It was a fun little date spot. We enjoyed our experience.
Craft Creamery was a fun one-time experience. I really liked the mysterious entry when you're arriving, it adds a cool, unexpected touch and makes the concept feel exciting from the start. The atmosphere inside is super nice, and the overall idea is creative. The service was great as well. Our waitress was engaging, inviting, and fun, which definitely added to the experience. The food was also good, which I appreciated. That said, I wasn't too impressed with the drinks, especially the ones where you roll the dice. The drink options felt very limited, and the cocktails we tried just didn't taste great. Overall, it's a fun concept and worth trying once, but I don't think I'd personally return.
This was such a surprise after our dinner nearby! We thought we were going to get ice cream and next thing I knew we get shown through a side door. They do have ice cream that looks super good, but we didn't get to taste any lol We didn't have a reservation, but the 6 of us were able to get in pretty quickly on a Saturday night around 6:30ish. We had a blast! After looking at the menu, we all decided to go with the dealer's choice. We got to roll dice which determined what our drinks would be (bitter, sweet, vodka, rum, etc.). I took a sip of all of them and they were all pretty good. Mine was a stirred vodka drink, no clue what it was in the end but i was delicious. Our server was also so great! Had us laughing and made the experience great, even though it was a short one. I absolutely would love to come back to actually try the ice cream!

Met up with my cousin while in Vegas for the weekend and had planned to go to a different restaurant around the corner, but there was a loud band playing so we thought we would check out craft creamery. What a great find this is a speakeasy restaurant/bar that is behind an actual ice cream shop. The service was excellent, the ambience was really nice although a tad loud, the cocktails and food were excellent. Many of the menu items are small plate shareable style and they had a few regular entrées. We tried the crispy, brussels sprouts, mole, chicken, wings, lobster, mac & cheese, lollipops, and the carrot soup. All of them were delicious. My cousin got the shrimp Poboy and she liked it, too. Told my friends who are locals about it and hope they can go check it out soon. Highly recommended for people visiting town for a more locals experience off of the strip. My only regret is that I was too full to try the ice cream!
I love speakeasies that are more than a nondescript door, but one that is truly part of something else that is standalone functional. And there could be no better choice to build one inside a functional and working ice cream shop. Tucked away behind what would seem like a legitimate freezer door for an ice cream shop is the entrance to one of the cooler speakeasies in the great Arts District. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance of not being too moody while still offering that speakeasy feel. The entire area feels very upscale and the cocktails were all excellent. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable and knew how to make a good drink. Highly recommend.
Cool speakeasy with an elegant and simple vibe hidden inside an ice cream shop. The service was friendly, the cocktails were pretty, and the food was absolutely delicious. Couldn't get enough of the sliders! Genuinely fun experience coupled with tasty bites! Why not?
I absolutely loved my experience at Craft Creamery. The speakeasy vibe really sets it apart, it feels like you've discovered a hidden gem, which made the whole experience even more fun and unique. The drinks were incredibly well-crafted- balanced, creative, and clearly made with attention to detail. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the flavors and presentation. I also tried the crème brûlée, and it was delicious--perfectly rich with that satisfying caramelized top. The presentation overall was beautiful, especially with the pineapple, which looked amazing. My only small wish is that I could've actually eaten more of the pineapple since it added such a great visual touch! Overall, such a cool spot with a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try more!
Very cute concept and super cool drinks!! Some employees were either rookies or just miserable, got mixed vibes from customer service! Drinks look super cool but not tasty! At least the 2 we ordered were not!! Best salad I've ever had was their green apple salad!!
We found this place on one of the Vegas travel videos. This is a unique experience for the ice cream shop in the front and the speakeasy behind the "freezer" door. I guess you're supposed to ask for the "scoop of the day" to officially get access back there. Apparently you can make reservations or do walk-in. Before we went inside to the speakeasy portion, we got to try some ice cream flavors. They had some pretty unique flavors like guayabana soursop (kind of sticky consistency, a bit of a sweet and citrus-y flavor), peach yogurt (not much of a strong peach flavor), and elote (reminded me of vanilla, not really savory at all)--to name a few. We ended up getting cookie monster. The server was very patient in letting us try multiple flavors. I would say the ice cream is ok in terms of texture. It seems to be on the thicker side, but not like gelato...it's a little bit icy. I wouldn't say it's the best ice cream I've had. After ordering our ice cream, we were allowed inside the speakeasy portion. You can bring in the ice cream you purchase from the outside, but you do need to purchase something separate on the inside. At the time we went, they did have a happy hour for food and drinks (5-7 p pm on weekdays it seems, and 3-7 pm on weekends). I ended up ordering the Light My Fire drink (mushroom rum, dry curacao, amaro, lapsang tea, and lemon juice) at the recommendation of a fellow bar goer who sat next to us, mainly for the show. The drink had a small bunch of enoki mushrooms for decorative purposes and they place the cup on a bed of steel wool that they light up, which ended up for a cool video. Overall this drink reminded me of an old-fashioned and it was on the strong side, not so sweet. I was going to end up ordering another drink, but opted not to. Our bartender recommended Strawberry Fields for a sweeter option. That same fellow bar goer who sat next to us had ordered a seasonal creme brulee which we actually got to sample and it was pretty good! They put the creme brulee into an acorn squash. The creme brulee had a nice crispy surface and the creme brulee itself was not too sweet. It was thick as expected, and the acorn squash was a nice pairing. We ended up eating the whole acorn squash as well, lol! You can also purchase ice cream flights in here. Seemed like a lot of people came here dressed nicely, appearing to be ordering full dinners, whereas we were here for drinks and appetizers. The vibes are great in here! The bartender was very nice, as well as the rest of the staff. The decor was very nice, and the bathroom doors are cool because they play into the speakeasy experience. The bathroom doors looked like shelves. Overall, this was such a fun experience and I would totally come back!
Found out about the speakeasy here due to a you tube influencer...looked up and discovered they had a happy hour. Decided to bring in family to try this out. When entering through a freezer door, you step into very chic and happening bar area...very beautiful. We all ordered drinks from their extensive craft cocktail selection, including a very nice mocktail. Prices are quite good and 2 dollars off for happy hour. Food also two dollars off, we ordered Wagyu sliders, chicken lollipop mole, potato soufflé and mushroom soup. Everything was fabulous and the mushroom soup is likely the best soup I have ever had in my life! I will most certainly return. Inside was hip, great music and very helpful servers to take care of you. Applause for the creator of this terrific venue!
I'm over here thinking I'm just going to get some gelato but no - it's a freaking speak easy! I was shocked when I seen people go into the freezer lol we didn't try out out but super cool We did however get ice cream which you can incorporate however with liquor so that's pretty cool - I got mine regalar 4 stars only because I asked the guy for 1 double & 2 singles and he gave me 3 singles - realized he forgot my double ... gave me another single and charged me for 4 singles even though he messed up my order Doesn't sound like a big deal but a double is $8 a single is $6 - I got overcharged $4 and in this economy - AND IN VEGAS - I need all my coins! Lbs
I'm a bit conflicted on the review because the star of the experience was the food. However, the gal at the ice cream parlor part when you enter and exit isn't pleasant. You do have to deal with the gal at the front when you want to go in the speakeasy because she calls the hostess to check on seating. So, while she is primarily responsible for the ice cream customers, her attitude is essential to the speakeasy experience. Unfortunately, she wasn't pleasant. We made it back to the speakeasy finally and took a seat at the bar. The bartenders are pretty friendly overall. We landed during Happy Hour so there were a few dollars discount on every item. We tried several items on the menu - and we are told that the menu changes every few weeks. As a smaller menu, this allows for new items to try because it's tapas style. The person who brings out the food provides a full description of each item which is nice - you know every component on the plate. The Potato Taquitos was really good - the green and red salsa was super fresh. The Birria Bao Buns is a nice fusion tapas where you have your traditional asian bao with birria meat. The dipping sauce is also good. For dessert we had Beignet, but asked if we could have Kahlua ice cream with it. When we got it - it really didn't taste like Kahlua - it tasted like a vanilla. So, I can't really say if we got the Kahlua ice cream at all. Upon leaving the speakeasy, we witnessed a disgruntled customer who claimed to be a regular and was completely displeased with the same gal in the front. The customer after him had hair in her ice cream. So, as I said in the beginning, I'm a bit conflicted on the overall rating as the food was very good and the speakeasy atmosphere was also good, yet the opening and the closing of the experience is through the parlor part and having pleasant team members at the front would be much better.

While in the art district on first Friday, Bar hopping a group recommended us to go to the Craft Creamery "speakeasy" what a great recommendation! On the way, we ran into some longtime friends who had been there and decided to join us! It appears to be a basic ice cream shop and turns into a speakeasy! Atmosphere is a great vibe, not your quiet speakeasy vibe but more of an upbeat, vibrant vibe with lots of music and loud talking. The drinks were crafted to perfection and really good! Don't sleep on their pot pie. It was small, but mighty! The service was great and we definitely look forward to coming back. read more

Craft Creamery was a good spot for a small treat after dinner. In a great location and they had a lot of flavors of ice cream and sorbets to choose from. My sister visited this place many months ago on a First Friday event before this place took off the way it did now. Initially she walked in for some ice cream until she was asked if she was here for the bar or just ice cream. She said, "bar???" I stopped in for a visit with her. We bar hopped down Main Street and walked from different bars and breweries. From the outside this place looks like a typical ice cream shop, but the entry way to the speakeasy is inside and through the freezer door. Cocktails were beautiful and yummy, and pricey of course. The vibes were chill and unique. The bathroom was also pretty cool. Overall good service and cute drinks. Would bring out of town guests here if I were to come again. I would avoid coming on the First Friday of the month due to the event happening Downtown every first Friday because there will be a bit of a wait. I still recommend this place! read more
This place has been on my list for a long time and I finally got a chance to check it out. What a great speakeasy! Completely unassuming in the front, then totally different/cool vibes in the back. Ask for the scoop of the day! Bartenders Chris, Chris, and Matt were all great! My husband and our friend chose to do the bartender's choice- they rolled some dice to decide their fates (flavor profile + liquor). I chose from the menu- light my fire. We all really enjoyed our cocktails. Food was ok, just got fries, lollipop wings, and surf & turf skewers, which were not the highlight. Will definitely be back! read more

Love a good Speakeasy, but this is a Great One! Hidden, as it should be, behind an Ice Cream shop! Enter a retro style Jazz Club atmosphere. Super fun vibe. We sat at the bar, as we do! We had such a fantastic night! Several talented bartender. Great drinks. Super good food and vibrant conversations! Chris is just one of the professional cocktail curators here! Such a fun little spot. We were in Vegas and headed down to the arts district for a late dinner, but decided to check out the creamery ahead of time. Heading in and asking for the flavor of the day we were quickly escorted through the freezer door. It opened up into a very vibe lounge space. We grabbed a booth and were greeted by our bartender. The menu descriptions of each of the craft cocktails, along with the accompanying drawings, made it hard to choose! My fave was sipping on some sizzurp which is served in a prescription bottle! This is absolutely a place worth visiting and you can get ice cream in your way out while you explore the arts district! read more

If you're looking for the absolute best way to cap off a night in Downtown Las Vegas, look no further than Craft Creamery. My Wednesday visit down town was nothing short of perfect. I was longboarding through the area, and the energy was electric. There was live music playing from across the parking lot, and the "Ride Wednesday" bike crew (over 100 deep!) was rolling through, making the whole scene feel alive and community driven. And right in the middle of all this awesome chaos was Craft Creamery, literally the cherry on top of the evening. I had to try their Gansito ice cream, and oh my goodness,it did NOT disappoint. They've perfectly captured that iconic Mexican snack cake and transformed it into a rich, creamy, and incredibly nostalgic ice cream. It was pure genius. The menu is full of other unique and inventive flavors that I can't wait to try. I'm already planning my next visit for when I'm longboarding through downtown again. Perfect. First time here. Handing my ID to the ice cream girl to confirm my age gave me much anticipation. I was not disappointed. Hey Yelp friends! My hubby surprised me and brought me for dessert. I literally read the sign and when we walked in asked about the scoop of the day. What a cool surprise when he called to the back to announce our arrival. When you walk in through the freezer door you are transported to a cute, intimate room with full bar and sexy little tables. The menu is beautiful and apt with options. Prices are great for Vegas. I ordered the Dealers Choice. The waitress brought over a box and explained I roll two dice, one for an alcohol and one to compliment it. I got to roll twice. My first roll was Vodka neat. I rolled again. My next roll was brandy savory. Yes please? It was chilled, citrus, slightly sweet and spicy. Yum! My hubby ordered the ice cream flight. You get what they serve. It's an adventure! Love it! You get three scoops. We had a rose, Dulce de Leche, and Cookie Monster. The Dulce de Leche was nice, but the rose was out of this world. To say it tasted good is an understatement. There is an amazing rose essence when you're tasting it that you just don't smell. I will be back for that Rose ice cream. I will be back with friends for sure. Parking is easy in the lot out front. This was a cute speakeasy located in the Arts District. The decor and vibe was awesome. I came early so I was a little empty, but by the time I was getting ready to leave the place was full of laughter and great energy. Ordered a few drinks and food items. My server was the only one there at the time and she was really sweet and super great at taking care of me and the few tables in the room. I enjoyed everything here. I went on a Monday evening and hour before closing. Super easy to get into the speakeasy. Beautiful environment. Not busy at all. Best time to come. The kitchen was closed but we only came for drinks. They were delish! I love the names. So creative and many have a QR code to scan so you can see a clip of what the drink is inspired after. I can't wait to go back to the speakeasy! I will also have to try the ice cream in front and the food next time. read more
This is for the not so secret speakeasy. Just ask for the scoop of the day and you will enter through a freezer door and you are transported to a small bar with booths and tables. The decor is cozy and the food options are delicious. You are sure to find a drink you enjoy among the multiple options themed with classic movies. We munched on the birria bao buns, pork belly croquet and beef wellington bites while sipping on a delicious Hey hey a cognac based drink blended with pineapple, mango and passion fruit. I walked in here with a friend on a hot June afternoon looking for some relief. I'm not a person who craves ice cream or gelato but I do enjoy it from time to time. I was pleased to see that they have a lot of unique flavors here and -- although I wouldn't do it -- that they offer adult versions where liquor can come with with your ice cream. I ended up getting a scoop of pineapple chamoy with sweet chili and it blew me away. I would get this regularly if I lived nearby. Highly recommend. The person working the desk was kind and helpful, giving us our two samples before we purchased and explaining the flavors to us. She was very knowledgeable. The shop is a tad small, but really it's all you need to run an ice cream shop. I suggested we sit at the tables outside but my friend wanted to stay inside for the AC. So we stood against a wall chatting. Someone eventually walked by me and asked me if I had asked for the flavor of the day yet. Out of curiosity I looked at the cashier and asked. She said that's the secret passphrase to gain entrance into the speakeasy. I was surprised and delighted. Then I looked over to the giant refrigerator door and saw someone come out. So cool! We asked if we could go inside but she said it was full at the moment. Otherwise we could take a peek. Ultimately I didn't get to see it but I just think it's cool that it's there. Heard about this place from a friend. She had just gone to Vegas a couple of months ago and suggested it. Ironically, it is right across the way from the Doberman. So we were at the Doberman on Saturday night. And then this place on Sunday night. If you can drink that many craft cocktails, you could do both places in one night since they are right across from each other. Could be a fun evening. You walk into the ice cream shop and you do have to give them a phrase. Funny for me, I didn't have the phrase exactly right. So the lady behind the counter said "do you mean.." and corrected me with the right phrase. I thought that was awesome. She could've just as easily pretended like she didn't know what I was asking. But appreciated that she helped. We were let in through the little freezer and sat at a table big enough for six people. It is a nice ambience. Even though it is a speakeasy that you have to go through the ice cream freezer, it's sort of felt more like a restaurant on the inside. We were at a traditional table. Our waitress was excellent. And she answered any questions that we had. The bus boys and people filling waters also did a great job. We ordered the ice cream sampler and one of our friends ordered the small potato meal. We had all already had dinner. So we were not expecting to eat food. The drinks were presented with panache. Pretty fun, creative ideas. One of our friends got the cocktail that was lit on fire. That was fun to look at. We all had a great time. Would definitely return. Might need to come earlier and try some of their food as well. But the ice cream was delicious. And so were the cocktails. Raise your glass to something so special! The Craft Creamery in the Arts District. Behind the freezer door you can expect the unexpected. Truly a warm space with a mix of Gatsby and what I like to call class with a casual atmosphere. It's a beautiful space to share great cocktails with good friends and making new ones over M&M shots. If you're down for something smooth and smokey, ask for that shot in particular. Loved the music in the background. The vibe was on point for a Friday evening out with girlfriends. Salud to great experiences in secret places. This is definitely a secret worth sharing!! read more
