I was passing through Pilsen one day and noticed Craft Burger, and tonight I finally got a chance to try it. I'm glad I did! The fries were delicious, and the burger was just as good. So i saw this spot mentioned on instagram as a top 3 burger so i had to check it out , Glowing in the middle of the Pilsen area this place has a great street appeal , Who doesnt like a Walk up spot , The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to, I ordered the Signature Double Classic Craft Burger Its 2 prime beef patties w American cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, and craft white sauce, , i tried to figure out the sauce, I'm guessing it has a bit of Horseradish in it Nevertheless a good quality burger made to order , comes w fries that seamed freshly cut, and were perfectly seasoned , i also got a Mexican coke which comes in the bottle , My food was delicious , Overall a great experience worthy of a visit read more

Man what a burger haha I wish I would have gotten the Double Cheeseburger but I wasn't feeling too big back... I did order the Burger (comes with fries, definitely brownie points) and the Deluxe Fries. The way they described the Deluxe Fries were a burger without the bun on top of fries, now how delicious does that sound. The was not mean nor nice, just mid and they did their job. Nothing out of this world. I look forward to showing friends and family this place when they visit! The only thing that would have made this place flawless was outstanding service, which is pretty tough to do when it's only carry out/a walk through joint. Thank you Craft Burger, see you soon! What a hidden burger spot! Stopped in on New Year's, right next to cup of joe and pollo express. To go order window up front you can't miss. Can also bring your food into cup of joe to eat there but we took it back home. Such a friendly atmosphere too! Greeted and quickly ordered at the window and went back in the car. A random find I the Pilsen neighborhood. Pretty good takeout spot for burgers that's walk up style. In my opinion the fries were a little over salted and the burger was a tad bit garlic heavy. I had order the double burger and my friend ordered the single. The service was pretty standard and both burgers came with fries. We paid about 27 bucks for essentially two means which is a steal in my opinion. read more

The service was friendly and I loved how the cashier explained the menu items to us. I ordered 1 double cheeseburger and 1 deluxe fries. My brothers enjoyed their food and I enjoyed my deluxe fries. The fries were delicious, I don't know what seasoning they used but it tasted like salt n sour chip seasoning. I would have preferred if they chopped the burger like "chopped cheese" style because I had to cut the burger as I ate, but nevertheless the burger was tender and cooked to perfection. I patronize Craft Burger 18 and the Coffee joint next door since the winter months. However, I stopped to buy a hot dog and the lady said, "$8.&&! I said. What did you say? $8.&&, For a hot dog!! You're kidding me. No thanks! It comes with fries! I don't want the fries. Well. I'm sorry. I understand that you don't set the price for the food, but I am not about to pay $8.00 for a hot dog . the service is really good here they are so nice and easy to talk to. i liked the hotdog it came with fries and all the classic topping but it didn't have that snap to it when you bite down. the burger is not for u high cholesterol hoes. it's flavorful, buttery, and juicy, but it's a lot. the first bite i took i was hit with this intense butteriness and saltiness. It's seasoned very well almost a little toooo much but i was able to eat the whole thing and fall into a food coma. i think the fries are alright i appreciated that they weren't too salty because the hotdog and burger had so much seasoning so it balanced out, but if u eat the fries by itself they're pretty plain. Extremely friendly order taker, excellent burgers. We got double cheese burgers and they're smash burger style AND come with fries for $12. Great sauce and toppings come on them and the meat is 4oz each so it was a substantial burger. I cut 1 star because the fries were good not great. They may have even been fresh cut from potatoes which is great but they were floppy, some thin some thick. The highlight was definitely the burger. Also know there's no seating so either eat it in your car, bring it home or if it's a nice day there's a park nearby. read more

Got the double cheeseburger no onions and it came with a side of fries. Because of the fries, it's fairly close in price to small Cheval. Having said that, small Cheval's burger is better and small. Cheval's fries are much better. I thought these fries were pretty awful to be honest. The star is for the first couple of bites of the burger and the guy who gave it to me over the counter because he was really nice, unlike a girl who took my order. read more

Service: okay Atmosphere: It's a walk-up Shoestring French fries: Great! Burgers: These were the skimpiest smash burgers I have ever seen in my life. The meat was so thin and overly cooked that it resembled a meat and char flavored potato chip more so than a meaty burger. I'd say the bun to burger ratio is 10 to 1. I was so confused by this. They give you these massive buns that totally eclipse the burger, but it helps since the meat was grilled and pressed into a desiccated meat coaster. Normally I wouldn't be so bothered, but the price warrants the frustration. Find a better burger place. read more

Solid burger. The fries were trash. Literally, couldn't have more than a few before giving up lol. Other reviews about the bizarre dark brown color, sogginess, and lack of seasoning are accurate imo. I wanted my usual Burger Alley but they were closed so I gave this place a try. Meh. Didn't quite hit the spot for me, but the burger was decent. Some of the owner's responses to their reviews read a little defensive. Better to try to make improvements with the feedback. We can't all be mistaken about the fries lol. read more

The last few times I've had a burger from here I've been left underwhelmed. My go-to burger is the Da Bears Burger which runs $18 when you order from GrubHub. The last two times I've had the burger (once at the restaurant and once at home) the smoked brisket has been dry. On my last occasion the bottom half of the bun was burnt. It was barely edible without drowning it in sauce. I've reached the point that the price outweighs the food quality. We have too many delicious burger spots that are priced similarly or less to keep feeling like I'm wasting money,

I did have a scoop of delicious salted caramel gelato that finished this meal perfectly. Having such delicious fish & chips a few blocks away from where I live is certainly better than flying "over the pond" (a British term for the Atlantic Ocean).
