I have used Crabtree HVAC Services for 4 years now. I believe in a maintenance program in the short term to keep long term major repair cost down. They have always been prompt on my maintenance schedule and respond quickly to any issues that may arise. I am always presented a choice for what I would like to do immediately and what I would like to consider for future. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other local companies I used prior to them plus they do a fine job on minor landscaping projects like leveling your outdoor units/enclosing/rocking. GREAT customer service! The unit at our house went out on a weekend. I talked to Bobby on Sunday evening. CJ came straight over to assess the situation. He got the unit running, then came back on Monday morning to finish the job. He would have finished on Sunday night, but the unit is an older one and uses the old type of freon (He didn't quite have enough for it.) Very pleased!! Unit has been cooling GREAT ever since, even in the brutal heat we have been having. They are the ONLY ones who will service our unit from now on! Highly recommend!!! read more
