While I appreciated the help…read moreof the budtender here, most of their deals aren't that great and the entire environment is just far more sterile than I would like to be in. They carry very similar products to other Maryland dispensaries. They do have some specials, which I think are a little bit better than some other places, but it's nothing like what you will expect in DC when things are not shut down or other states. They also do not offer first time customer discounts, deals, or anything else. I spent roughly $70 on two eighths. I was in a pinch, so it made sense to do so. But really, if you have a plug, that's probably a better route.

To Management and Regulatory Authorities, I am filing a…read moreformal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I experienced at Columbia Care. I attempted to exchange a defective battery for a medical cannabis cartridge, presenting both my valid receipt and medical license. While an initial employee was helpful, the manager aggressively intervened, refusing service and denying the exchange despite company policy clearly allowing returns for defective items. During this interaction, the manager not only humiliated me in front of other customers but threatened to call the police to have me trespassed. Furthermore, I have previously experienced this same manager refusing legal currency, specifically coins, claiming they do not accept them. This behavior is entirely unacceptable, demonstrating both elitism and a complete disregard for medical cannabis patients. I request an immediate investigation, termination of this manager, and a resolution regarding my defective product. This happened 10/31/26 at around 2:30pm

They told me that they would absolutely not sell to me because they cut off walk ins at 7:50, and I arrived at 7:51. I told them I had just gotten off of work and I tried to come on time. They said they did not care and that it was not their problem. To go somewhere else. What makes matters worse is that they began laughing at me. I felt horrible as I have never been treated like that before. I will never go back to this place after all of the business I have brought to them! I felt disrespected to the fullest. Please do not ever go here as I do not want anyone else to ever get treated the way I did. This place is disgusting in attitude. I have never come across people like this. So rude

I paid for & expected regular sized buds, NOT small buds, which you generally pay less for. When I called the dispensary to question them about the differences in products, they just said they have no control over the packaging and he would pass my concerns on to the supervisor. I don't think that's adequate. I believe they need to take responsibility for the buyers/products they use/sell. The other concern is that they don't provide any special service for their medical patient, like other competitors. No separate lines, nor does it appear to be a special order in which they take patients back. They need to do better.
