Tried dip nails for the first time. Loved the workers there! Van did my mani and Solina (names might be spelled wrong) did my pedicure. Gave great advice when I was unsure what I wanted to do. Solina has only been there two weeks and was asking another worker for advice. Van was consistently checking for mistakes through each step. These are what I look for in a good salon. Id rather people ask questions and look for mistakes than know they are screwing up and leave it pretending that they know what they're doing. Super refreshing! Another lady walked by and laughed and sat down, began working on my nails and walked away. Long story short, $40 for disappointment- my nails began chipping first day and I've never seen a French created like that... who puts the white on last, in other words you can't "clean up" the line. If I could give this place a zero I would. My daughter had appointment at 1:30 for prom nails. She came home at 5 PM. They were over booking people and they pretty much said that my daughter was taking too long picking out her color and they don't have time for that. Mediocre service for the price and rude customer service! I went in to get a basic mani with a french manicure. They repaired one broken nail I had with a plastic tip and it blended in beautifully. The arm massage lasted maybe 3 minutes with barely any lotion. I noticed that the ladies giving the leg massages with the pedi were glued to the TV screen massaging halfheartedly. The manicure looked beautiful when I left so my initial experience was just okay. But the polish didn't last 12 hours! I wasn't doing anything rough with my hands either! I ate dinner, texted on my phone and showered in the morning. I came back in the next day and where every other nail salon I've ever been to would gladly fix it they started arguing with me about how I should have chosen the shellac instead. I can understand nail polish chipping after 4-5 days but less than one day is unacceptable. I've had numerous non-shellac french manicures in my life that have lasted a week or more. If nail polish was applied incorrectly, it should be reapplied without argument. She said she would fix it for free like she was doing me a huge favor and then started glopping on the white sloppily. Very unsanitary. They continued taking customers in when they clearly did not have enough nail techs to cover. One lady worked on my pedi then switch over to customer next to me same gloves same tools! It took 2 hours because then the poor woman had to start up on new customers coming in. read more

They used a cheese grater on my feet and it was not even washed from previous customer. And she could not get the plastic to stay up in the tub so she took it out and did not clean the tub. Very unsanitary. Will never go back there. read more

Total Garbage, even my 11 year asked if she could leave a bad review. So we decided to give this place a try based on good FB reviews, and boy do I/we regret it. We paid 65 + tip for two pathetic gel manicures. My nails 3 hours later are dull, and my daughters are uneven in color. AND, the last time a checked a manicure included a hand massage, right? Well not this one. SUCH A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. We basically paid them to give us a crappy paint job and slight nail trim. read more

This place is great! Friendly, patient staff. Wait wasn't much at all, and this is a clean salon. They change out the tub bag, get new towels, wash hands, and spray down all previously used equipment and chairs right in front of you (so you know it is getting done)! They really take their time and do a great job. Will definitely be back! read more

So I go to CR nails got a pedicure. Then following morning from the knees down I have got red spots all over my calves and shins. Come to find out from my family doctor that I contracted a fungus from my pedicure from them not cleaning their facilities between uses. I'm about as grossed out as I could get. i went and got my nails and toes done for homecoming and they did my toes very well but the girl doing my acrylics was rough when grabbing my arm and hand. when she was applying the nails, she would glue them down and then rip them off and re-glue them MULTIPLE times, i've never had someone do that before and i've gotten my nails done many times. very bad customer service, they never spoke to me. when the woman was painting my nails, she did them terribly and i had asked for an ombré and she did something that i could have had my 10 year old cousin do then charged me an extra $10 for the bad ombré. if you look at the second picture below, that is what i had shown the lady and asked for. so then i complained to the manager and asked for them to be redone and be painted just white and then the lady comes and grabs my hand aggressively and goes "you don't like them??" all rude. he gave me my $10 back for the ombré and he started to take off my polish and then left after one hand and started doing another ladies nails and then came back about 10 minutes later and finished my other hand and then left and went back to the lady and left me there for 14 minutes until i left. i left without them repainting my nails because no one was helping me for that 24 minutes. another note that it took just about 2 hours and me, my friend, and one other person were the only ones in the salon. they handled a complaining customer terribly. WILL NOT RETURN. highly recommend to not go to CR Nails. read more

Absolutely horrible. I came in to get a full set and when I was done some of my nails weren't filed straight across and the polish wasn't over the whole nail, and the polish was all over my hands. My 6 year old sister could paint my nails better. The lady was rough with my nails and hurt me a few times. I came back in the next day to get my nails FIXED and they charged me 10 more dollars. And this time after I left there are like TONS and TONS of bubbles all over my nails everywhere. I've never had a worse experience anywhere. Very pissed and disappointed. Do not reccomend. read more

Went there for a leg wax because the location was convenient. Was taken to a tiny back storage room with a bed with a dirty towel on it to sit on. They told me to talk my pants off WHILE they were in there. The girl doing it obviously had never done it before and had to keep calling in another girl, who had no problem opening the door wide while I was sitting there in my underwear. They used the same waxing stick the whole time, which I know is against state law. It took them 45 excruciating minutes to make my legs look almost like they hadn't been waxed. Seeing that, they both started TWEEZING for another 15 mind numbing minutes. I asked them to stop several times (the u knowledgable girl was slowly pulling each hair out) and they said every time they were almost done and kept going. I left paying $90!, in extreme pain, they hadn't touched a 6" area around my knees (all the way around) and with legs that had to be redone in less than a week. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with their service and professionalism. read more
