We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

Let's start with the good - he did get most of the stains out and did a great job tightening up our carpet. He was also on time and easy to communicate with. The not-so-good: the main thing that irked me was that he put our furniture on top of our other furniture. This includes an air purifier that was on the dirty floor of our bedroom which was moved to be on top of our clean bed. He also put our tables on top of our couches. Not the cleanest method to clean. When I've hired Stanley Steamer before they come with 2 guys who move all the heavy furniture around and place everything on these pad-looking things. They never put things on top of things. They also ask you to move the smaller things out of the way. Also, he also wasn't able to get out of a couple of minor stains. I'd say he was about as expensive as Stanley Steamer, but not as effective. All and all, he was a nice guy but his methodology is questionable.

Owner Virginia responded to my inquiry/request within minutes of submittal to discuss a flooring project at my mother's home. The following day she visited my mother at her house with samples and an abundance of advice on new carpet and lvp flooring. I had also hired a painted for my mother's home at the same time which turned out to be a disaster. It wasn't until Virginia met with mom that I realized Wilson Flooring handles painting projects as well. WHAT A RELIEF!! Virginia and team coordinated the take over of the painting project, as well as carpet removal and install, ceramic tile demo and install of lvp flooring throughout the home. Virginia remained in constant communication with myself and my mother as I live out of town and could not be physically present. Virginia went out of her way to ensure that my mother and I felt at ease and that I remained aware of all that was taking place. I had a larger area rug in my primary bedroom that had myriad pet stains and dust, and I needed an expert hand. the Sharian team showed up on time and ready to help move/shift my furniture to be able to haul the rug away. a few months later and BOOM: beautiful like-new rug that'll last another 10 years, minimum.
