If I could give zero stars, I would. That being said, with the desire to support a local business, I went to Creative Quality Marketing for creativity and quality. Instead, I received a lack of professionalism and confusion. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were missed, typos were downplayed (including an incorrect spelling of our company name), and the overall quality of the work did not match what was promised during onboarding. I expected strategic guidance and polished execution but instead received generic ideas and very little follow-through. For a company that positions itself as "creative" and "quality," the experience was extremely basic and unorganized. Communication was sporadic at best - kind of like a situationship where they text you back days later and pretend nothing happened. Deadlines came and went, and "strategy" was nothing more than suggestions about plans that lacked execution. What was most alarming was that the lead manager (Cesar) displayed a violent temper when questioned about the lack of accountability regarding missing deliverables and errors made on his behalf.
Needless to say, I was very disappointed by the experience, and by the end, my team was doing more creative thinking about what was happening than this company was actually doing.
