Don't let him represent you in family or custody matters. He represented me in 2021 and 2022 during…read moremy divorce. He handled my case so poorly that I am still in court trying to undo the mess that he caused. Throughout my case, my ex-husband was permitted to disregard provisions of our stipulation without consequences, and Kevin failed to hold him accountable for his repeated noncompliance. Instead of protecting my interests and those of my children, I was often left feeling disregarded, silenced, and was verbally abused. Kevin also intimidated me into believing that I had no choice but to leave the marital home with my children and that I had no profit from the sale of the marital home either. He lied to me! As a result, we were forced to vacate which ultimately led to homelessness and tremendous hardship for my children & I. Just so everyone understands, child support and spousal maintenance issues cannot be litigated for 3 years, or under significant circumstances, so it's important to make the right decision from the beginning during your divorce. And regarding spousal maintenance, I should've received 5 years, but Kevin said I was only entitled to 2 1/2 years. The consequences of poor representation can follow you for years. Anyone reading this should do their own research, including researching AI and other resources, before simply believing everything an attorney says. Kevin was unprofessional and stated he's not a trial litigator so he preferred to settle the case. He manipulated me under duress, causing me so much distress into a settlement under false pretenses, and NOTHING in my favor. He did not represent himself professionally in court and intimidated me into settling to avoid going to trial. My advice is simple: don't be afraid of trial. A trial gives you a voice. It allows you to present your evidence, tell your side of the story, and have a judge hear the facts. It isn't nearly as scary as some attorneys make it seem.

The first week of January my son and I stopped in to inquire about truck and yard signs for our…read moreconstruction business. We were dealing with Chris S. After discussing our needs we went back to our office sent back a rough idea of what we wanted and Chris eventually fine tuned our details and we approved them for production. Id say sometime around mid Feb. We were told a couple of weeks max to receive everything. Well two weeks, three weeks passed with excuse after excuse. Broken equipment, new software learning curve, illness, on and on. At some point something was produced but wrong. Truck signs weren't as per our design, not trimmed as discussed, missed red stars on the white truck signs, etc. Apologies galore but poor results. Yard signs were the only product made as discussed. So we were told that because of the problems your shop was experiencing with equip and software the project was being farmed out to your Danbury associates and we would have them back in about a week at a drastically reduced cost. Well that was 6 weeks ago. I called and asked Chris last week and wanted an update and answers. He was going to look into it and get back to me. That was 6 days ago. I don't know how you stay in business if this is standard operation. Horrible service, poor product, disingenuous and evasive. I'd appreciate some answers on when we can expect our properly produced truck signs. I'll look for a call in about a month. Sad.
