That was until I found beacon Mac. I cracked my screen a couple of days prior to calling Beacon Mac. He replaced the screen and returned it the same day and the price was reasonable.

However, in my…read moreexperience, once he obtains the computer from the customer, he will perform non essential procedures to hike up the repair costs without notifying the customer. His repairs will work for a day, and immediately stop working probably due to lazy repair methods. Once you contact him to tell him that his repairs are faulty, he will then tell you to research how to fix it yourself and not offer any sort of refund or any sort of guidance to you, and then ignore your calls, or even answer the door. I'm upset about this poor business practice, and hope people reading this will think twice before contacting Paul for computer help...
