If there were an option to select zero stars, I would have selected that. I had a horrible…read moreexperience with this firm during the sale of my home. Each time I called or emailed to ask a question, I was met with an attitude that my call/email was a burden. They were consistently slow to respond throughout the process and I believe the sale of my home could have closed at least 15 days earlier if they had provided more timely support. This ended up costing me additional money to pay utilities, insurance, etc. But what really irked me and why I'm writing this review is because I sent three requests to get a copy of the closing documents for my records. I received no reply to any of my requests. The last email I sent was to Donald Rossi and Michael Liguori - they didn't even have the professional courtesy to respond. How difficult is to open an email, attach a document and press "send"? Their website advertises that "Our team has the expertise to guide you through any transaction with our unwavering attention to detail and commitment to excellence, we strive to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible." I've heard many people say that selling and buying a home is one of the more stressful life events. If you want to make the sale of your home even more stressful, then this firm is for you.

When working in a busy office, it is easy to overlook some of the things that occur to make everything run smoothly; one of those things being a clean office environment. It's usually just expected that your office will be clean. When Dora came to clean my office, she not only did a fantastic job, but she left my space feeling refreshed and new. My staff even noticed and commented on how much better they felt coming to work the day after Dora had just cleaned. I felt like I could concentrate and be more productive in my refreshed work space. Dora is very thorough and takes pride in her work, and she is super friendly too:) She was able to work around my schedule when it was convenient for me, which was awesome. My only complaint would be that she doesn't travel to AZ to clean my space where I currently live! Lol

He said nothing and he will take care of it. I said okay and asked for a follow up. Two weeks passed and I have not heard from Mr. Bloom. I called to follow up on my status and Mr. Bloom said he forgot to mail my receipts (he did not take care of it). Mr. Bloom said he will take care of it in a week and to relax the IRS won't do anything, the worst case I'll have to pay. Again, I trusted Mr. Bloom and waited another 2 weeks!!!!! I called Mr. Bloom AGAIN and he left a message. It took him 2 days to call back. He said he mailed in the receipts. One month later I receive a letter from the IRS stating I owe more money since I did NOT respond to their letter. I called Mr. Bloom again and showed him the letter. His response was, "I mailed in the receipts what do you want from me." I called the IRS myself and spoke with someone, he assisted me on what to do and I was going to mail the receipts myself. I called Mr. Bloom and asked for my receipts back. Mr. Blooms response was in a harsh tone and said he mailed on the originals and DOES NOT have any receipts!!!! In a panic, I called the IRS, they said NO ONE mails original receipts and where did I find my accountant? As a result I had to fish for most of my receipts and had to pay a higher fine. Mr. Bloom showed no interest in working with us, it seemed that once he received our money, he was finished working with us.
