This is a rinky-dink outfit! Unfortunately, you may not find a suitable alternate to this small transportation company with its market share of the contract ground transportation in Torrance and surrounding communities, particularly the LAX airport corridor (as opposed to taxis, public transportation, and LAX shuttle). That's the problem...their drivers are impatient and reckless. One pulled out on me from a parking lot causing me to swerve and brake frantically to avoid an accident. Very stressful for a senior! It got worse when I tried to report it.
Perhaps it's a low budget operation for a one-person office in Cynthia, who apparently handles e-mail and incoming calls to both Torrance and Burlingame offices.
Cynthia speaks with a heavy accent and her communication skills are poor. Apparently, she doesn't understand or articulate English well and will deflect your issue, bolding asking her own questions while resisting yours, and causing frustration with circular and redundant dialogue. Once she senses you are making a complaint, all bets are off, including any type of professional or diplomatic discourse. No alternate party in either office was available to take 3 random calls.
Do your best to contract with others, if available. read more
