He is understanding and encouraging when helping the client to fulfill each of the different parts of the training. He also brings personal and professional experience to the sessions and he is able to explain why each technique is important and why each technique is essential to performing CPR. He will stick with you until you get it and he also completes all the necessary paperwork, so you literally have nothing you need to do. He takes care of everything. What more can I say about this American Red Cross. I have visited here very infrequently over my…read more15-plus years living in this area. I typically go to drop off clothes and shoes in their bed for donations. I have had occasion to go inside and interact with the staff. A few years ago I went inside to inquire about first aid training. It just so happens the guy asked me was I teach him. I thought he was psychic can I said yes. But he told me the reason he asked is because they give a discount to teachers. At the time I think it was $15 total price. Don't quote me on it. Other than that is long-standing always serves the community and I'm glad to see that it has been a Mainstay after all of my years in this area.
