I did not have the best experience at this institution. While I enjoyed learning from my professor…read moreand appreciated my classmates my first 4 months there. The school as a whole lacked organization, was overpriced, and failed to provide adequate resources to prepare students for their careers after completing their programs. The school's labs were so small not everyone could participate in. The school also suffered from a significant lack of supplies which hindered the learning process. Our class never received our books that we were promised on paper which led to more unfortunate events. The director, Brian, displayed unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconsistent behavior throughout my time there. He frequently failed to follow through on commitments, requiring persistent follow-ups from students to ensure their credentials and other matters were handled. Each of my classmates had similar frustrations working with him. Brian often made excuses for delays, interrupted conversations, and avoided accountability. For example, at the start of my CNA program, he provided me with the wrong start date. When I arrived on the date he gave me, I was told the program had actually begun the week later. Despite this error, he took minimal responsibility and avoided providing written confirmations when requested. Additionally, he repeatedly delayed scheduling CPR training, offering excuses and providing unreliable dates. Ultimately, I had to seek outside resources to complete my CPR certification. After completing my CNA class--which was disorganized and poorly structured--I was told I needed to attend an additional two weeks of classes to fulfill 30 required hours for my PCT program. These additional classes turned out to be a waste of time, consisting primarily of repetitive and unnecessary YouTube videos covering topics we had already learned. I later discovered these hours were added simply to justify overcharging students, which was deeply disappointing and disgusting. When it came time for my externship, I was misled into believing that job opportunities would be available through the placement. Instead, I found out the facility was fully staffed, leaving me to secure my own job after completing the program. Furthermore, the school did not provide sufficient preparation for the state exam, leaving me and many classmates feeling unprepared. Months later, I am still waiting for the results of my CNA skills test, along with the majority of my class. The evaluation process itself was unprofessional, with the evaluator distractedly scrolling through her phone and chewing gum during the assessment. Additionally, it took over a week for Brian to sign and release my certificate, which had been sitting on his desk the entire time. His sporadic presence at the school further compounded these frustrations. They are engaging in the unethical practice of purchasing reviews to protect their reputation. Which causes students like me to fall for it which is distasteful. Please save yourself the trouble this school isn't worth your money or time.

This by far has been a nightmare experience. For starters I…read morebelieve students should've been informed About Parking . Many students have received parking tickets because meters only allow 2 hours at a time and would have to run back and forth from class . School is Very un organized i do not recommend , When I first was interested in classes i was told a set price over phone but when The day comes to enroll There were lots of hidden fees . Secondly We Had to give our background Forms And we would pay a small fee for it to be notarized , Few classes later a student realizes notary was expired months ago and Had us redo all of that over . Bathroom ceiling in women's restroom was broken And wasn't repaired what so ever . Females had to use men's restroom with a class maté supervising the doors outside , what a shame . Elevators were Broken and never replaced for the 5 weeks of course , Even when a student had an accident her course was postponed because lack of mobility for disabled when this school is a medical school . They tried to sell us our books from amazon for double the price . When students proceeded to pay the school to get it they said their shipment hasn't arrived and we were already week two into class . They were printing the chapters fdic's the students . When students who decided to purchase book through amazon received books within two days . Paper work was always somehow missing , hours were always miscounted for and would have you come in to redo those hours because front desk wasn't organized . The practice room for students Was a cheap setup Mannequin arms would be broken Would be so difficult to practice Skills On that . students Didn't have Proper linen The day Of their Skills exam And students were left Wondering what would happen , Until The Teacher Ms. Lin Had to provide Linens and supplies for students to proceed to take exam , Meanwhile Bryan the head boss Was on a trip not answering calls . The front desk lady Was very rude to students when they had certain questions about program due to confusion . Head boss Was not professional either Would come in To school building wearing outside clothes while we would get sent home If scrubs weren't white Or specific color they wanted . Course was rescheduled last minute For a further date twice due to them "having no teacher to teach us " as what was stated by office . School does not Provide Parking permit so prepare to pay for parking 5 weeks straight . We were supposed to do clinicals and only went a hand full times and the rest was signed off , we didn't get hands on experience. Thanks for The teacher for doing her best to educate us and keep us there for the remaining course . I had an overall Bad experience and would take it all back if i could . This school needs to be shut down .
