He was asking me questions about what I saw on the website, and I had to go back to the Website to answer him and he was jumping all over me and then screamed at me and hung up on me. I called him back to find out what was going on and he told me to never call back again.!!! I'm a 69 year old woman I have people sitting next to me in my office that heard my conversation. I was not rude. I was not loud matter fact, he was making me very nervous the way he was talking to me. I will never give my money to a company with someone like that who is in management. I hope his boss see this And if he's the owner of the company, then he should be ashamed of himself for talking to a 69-year-old woman that way!!!

Told to be there at 8am (last 2 times I got there at 6:30am) and I waited in waiting room until 845 before being taken into prep room. Another 45 minutes to start IV and do paperwork. Then I laid waiting in the bed until 945 . They took me in for the epidural injections which took about 25 minutes, 15 minutes in recovery dressed and out door. So 3 hours for something that takes about 1 hour total time. But the place is very clean with a friendly staff.

Because it is a controlled substance, refills cannot be processed more than three days before the current supply runs out. I was assured this would not be an issue, but when the prescription was sent, it was missing a required diagnostic code. Despite this being a simple fix, I have heard nothing back after calling the office repeatedly and sending multiple messages through the patient portal. I even reminded them that I will be heading home soon, so if they delay any longer, I won't be able to pick it up at this pharmacy. I have been suffering with a painful bunion for over year and wanted a real solution. Both the…read morepodiatrist and orthopedic surgeons I sat down with last year were of no help. When I started my search for doctor options again this year, I found out about Dr. Joshi via Lapiplasty.com. After some clicking around on his office's page, I found out he took my insurance. I had known about the procedure for a long time and thought he would be a great option for my care. I was proven right. His office staff was great, very polite and professional. While the office does sell orthotics, no one even tried to push them as an option. Their goal really is to help fix the root problem, not put a "bandaid" on it so a patient has to keep coming back. When we sat down, he realized I had existing knowledge of the procedure, aftercare, etc., and agreed it was the best option for me. He ultimate goal when it comes to patients is to fix the problem, not use temporary "fixes." He was great; answered my questions (even the silly ones), he didn't rush the appointment in any way, refused to brush off any topic, and explained every step of the process before surgery. He really is a high-quality doctor, and makes it clear his goal is to help and work as a team with his patients. I am so excited to move forward in the process of fixing my foot with him. My only issue was getting to the office. The GPS kept saying "Take the next right." Normally this is onto a street. However, this time it meant into the office parking lot. Keep this in mind when you visit and leave your starting point a few minutes early.
