This has been happening for the past month: each time I ask for this therapist, I am told we have an appointment with them, only to find out that the therapist is in another session and we will be meeting with another once we arrive there for our appointment. They give the option to "cancel" when I see that we don't have the right therapist but since it is less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment (hello, we are there for the appointment!) they will charge full amount.
