The day of the class I was stuck in traffic due to an accident and she kept in touch with me the entire time . It resulted in me being 15 minutes late to the class. However, she didn't want to start the class until I got there. Which I truly appreciate. She wasn't afraid to correct us when we were wrong, which is something I am really big on. Class started at 9 and ended at 12:30. The instructors were great and clear to understand. They used the dolls and AED for us to practice on and prepped us for the 25 question exam. We were issued our BLS/CPR cards digitally on the spot and at the end after passing the test. I felt confident in what I had learned and scored 24 out of 25 correct. I would recommend this company for a quick certification. Professional but light hearted as well. Easy to like them.
