My daughters account was deactivated and was once AGAIN turned away by staff member Valletta. What happened to all the notes Lewis ? The promises you made were not kept. I wouldn't suggest anyone book here. I gave British swim the opportunity to rectify the problem. But instead they fumbled the ball.

Unfortunately, the manager was dismissive and did not take the time to meaningfully explain the cancellation policy, address my concerns, or offer any reasonable solution. To make matters worse, when I got home, I noticed an additional charge on my credit card. We were told that both the class my daughter showed up for (but did not attend because she would not get in the water with an unfamiliar instructor) and the additional charge would be reversed. We are now nearly a week later and are still waiting for the promised reversal to be processed. Having to repeatedly follow up over something that should have been handled clearly and professionally from the start is incredibly disappointing. For a business that works with young children, communication, consistency, and customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of those expectations. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and contacts us to resolve the outstanding charge and address how this situation was handled.
