My son absolutely loves it and feels comfortable. My daughter is starting classes soon as well. I highly recommend this place. The staff is so friendly and everything is cleaned and organized. Everyone there is so helpful! Nayden is the swim instructor for my son and she is awesome! She has been great with him and so helpful with getting my daughter to start lessons as well.

When I called back I got someone else who said I should probably have her do an assessment. So I showed up this past weekend and had her do the 2 minute assessment which was basically the instructor asking her to swim to her then float on her back. So I decided to set her up for lessons, although I was not impressed with the swim instructor. The lady at the desk told me there was an $80 registration fee and then $25 for the assessment. First of all no one told me there was a fee for the assessments and she went into exactly the class I figured she would go into so I was a bit irritated. Anyway I decided to set it up regardless. I did ask on the phone how many children were present for each class and I was told for the five. There are eight children present today with one instructor. So that's another annoyance. This location is very convenient, so I would love it to work out. I guess I'll give it more of a try but so far I'm not impressed. Another side note, in order to see the lanes fully you have to sit inside the pool area and it is like 100° in here! I'm sweating bullets. But it's only way I could get a full view of what my daughter is doing. The teacher is very perfunctory and doesn't crack a smile. I'll have to see if I can get her private lessons perhaps with someone else here or try somewhere else altogether.

My 7 year old grandson had been going to Swim Atlanta on Old…read moreRoswell Rd since the beginning of the school year, 2024 I started having some concerns, the water in the pool always looked dirty, the areas around the pool and the waiting area also looked dirty. In the middle of October, my grandson started complainiing about a stomachache. We thought it was a virus. Two weeks later he still had a stomachache. I took him to the Doctor. After many tests, the Doctor said he tested positive for CRYPTOSPORIDIUM, which is a parasite found in dirty pools. It causes respiratory and gastrointestinal illness. Don't ignore your children's coughs and tummyaches. The last time he swam there was at the beginning on November, that was before we knew his test results. I noticed the whole area and pools had had a major cleaning, but we won't send him back there.

This is for the Cumming Location…read more If there was a 0 star will be amazing. One start is too much for them. They ARE RUDE from the office staff to the Swim instructor, Just horrible. Is insulting the fact that you pay this people for a service and they are JUST RUDE !!!!! They are late for their classes and they still do not do any make ups. (They are late to all their classes and they have an attitude about it) The worst part is they are always booked ......!!!! Why people support business like this!!!!!!! ??? People should boycott business, that allowed this kind of behavior from their own employees..... I had no idea they were so horrible The front office staff, the old instructor (with the "I hate everyone" face) and another huge blonde instructor need to fix their faces number one, and shouldn't deal with costumers directly, they have no people skills, What the need to be doing is cleaning the pool, when everyone is gone, in that way they don't interact with costumers. Costumers that pay their salary, but they don't seem to care! The sad part is, they could be great, but with the nasty attitude everyone has in that location , is not worth nothing. Is just bad NEVER AGAIN

Wanted to love this place, but lost complete trust in the instructors after being asked if my son…read morewas non-verbal after only 2 sessions. After the 1st class I was told my 2.5 year old son needs to listen better. Now of course, any 2.5 year old probably needs to listen better, and lord knows my son does, but considering he sat on the edge of the pool the entire class waiting until he was told what to do was impressive by itself. But no worries, I was working with him to listen to his teacher better. Yeah he splashed the water some and blew bubbles while waiting his turn, but come on. THEN to be asked on the 2nd day of class if he is non-verbal because he "only listens to her sometimes and only responds sometimes" was the final straw for me. He's 2 years old and excited to be at the pool. No he's not non-verbal, he's taking it all in and wants to play. He doesn't respond to everything you say and listen to you perfectly? HE'S ONLY MET YOU TWICE, HE HASN'T EVEN WARMED UP TO YOU YET! No 2 year old is ever going to listen to everything you tell them or do exactly what you say! Especially when he's in the same class as 3, 4 and 5 year olds. You can't hold him to the same standard. That's a huge age difference. And he was not being disobedient because I would've surely intervened. Terrible experience and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. And worst part is, not a single phone call from management to understand what happened or apologize.
