I was able to keep the pump operational until they showed up. They immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. Then he used a zip strip to prevent any reoccurrence. Mikes sewer had a 6 month guarantee on any back ups after the hydro jet, but failed to answer any of the multiple phone calls and voice mails I left with them! they ghosted me and charged me 600$, ended up having roto rooter come out and pull out over 10lbs of roots out of my drain line and took 3 and a half hours to complete the job properly! The job was to replace a broken pipe between the well and the house. It involved cutting up the concrete patio. They also replaced the little galvanized plumbing we had left and put in a new pressure tank. What I particularly liked about Five Star was the quality of work and that fact that they had a person, Jacob, that followed up and made sure that work progressed and was done to my satisfaction. I view that as a good quality control. I also liked the fact that they were the lowest cost by far. Would recommend that to any friends.
