The course is based on watching videos and practice on dolls and knowledge check by the instructor. I did feel accomplished by the end of the class and confident that I can do it. The Rego Park location is in a semi basement setting of a private building which made my entrance experience and the first few minutes a bit uncomfortably (as a woman) I had to become comfortable at first since I was the only one taking that class that day in the afternoon. I reached out for them to get help and fix it and they claimed to be working on it then never got back to me. And now its Sunday where apparently they're closed and im left here still with no access to my material that i paid for. This is extremely frustrating since I've already had issues with them when I originally paid for the material and they delayed giving me my login credentials by two days. I'm severely frustrated and disappointed and at this point I wouldn't recommend. They had good reviews before I chose to work with them but that hasn't been my experience.

Reason why you should not go here‼…read more Very unprofessional staff and management Staff looses important documentation for clinicals or testing They use tape for there books instead of staples Every course here is half-a**ed and not the right material if you actually want to learn and be ready for a job here's not the place Wrong certifications are given out Wrong dates or information are given for state testing Last minute communication or no communication at all Late instructors They teach you the wrong things then say they never did or admit they were wrong sometimes Most of the classes are cut short you don't get to learn material fully This school will definitely pass you without taking a test or attending class and you MIGHT get your certificate but the process is horrible and now that they have raised there prices it's definitely not worth it if you work hard for your money and want to actually be job ready & confident just know this school does not take pride in practice or reputation and many people can agree.
