This second-floor location is comprised of three rooms: - an office for check-in, with small lockers for personal belongings. - the main test room, which has a few aisles of computers and cubicles with privacy walls. Each cubicle is equipped with headphones, to reduce ambient noise. - a unisex bathroom with ADA grab bars. Personal effects -- including phones, wallets, watches, and keys are not permitted in the test room, and must be stored in a locker. As a result, try to bring as little as possible to the test center. I had no issues with this test center. The administrator was polite; the computer, monitor, mouse, headphones, and bathroom were all clean. I would recommend arriving at the test center at least 30 minutes before your exam, to take care of any pre-exam logistics.

Pervez and the owner were extremely condescending, and verbally attacked me because their information is misleading. The ONLY reason I selected this location is because it clearly states "Free Parking" which recently changed according to them. I called the office after being instructed to move my car to see where I should park. Pervez yelled "Move your car before they tow it, park on the street". Understood, but why does your website say its free parking if it isn't? Places like these rely on people being nonchalant when these things should actually be updated instead of being brushed over. People pay a lot of money to take these exams, and the owner makes millions (this is what he told me) off of these contracts with these companies. Then you're rude to me (Pervez) over the phone and don't take accountability of an error? When I get in the office, he again very rudely says "Turn off your phone" which was inside my bag. As I'm turning off my phone I respond to him "You're being very rude". He replies "I'm being rude? You're not taking this exam here." We go back and fourth for about 5 minutes as to why I'm rude lol, and how I cannot take the exam even though I'm on time and complying with the requests. The owner, who I didn't get his name actually sided with him saying he had me on speaker and I was being rude to him in regards to the parking. Sir, your testing site advertises free parking, when in fact it is not. And when I say something about it I'm told I cannot take my exam anymore. The proctor Pervez also told me they didn't care about my service or my voucher which is what I used to schedule the exam through my company. The worst part of it all is they added a case to my appointment stating I REFUSED TO TURN MY PHONE OFF, which was a complete lie. I already filed a complaint with the company I used to schedule the exam. Luckily, the company allowed me to reschedule my exam with the same voucher. I will find out how to file a complaint against that proctor in particular because I've never received such sexism, and racism. Please schedule your exam elsewhere, and good luck!

The space is tidy, clean, and cool. There's parking outside but I took the bus so I don't know how much it costs nowadays. The people who work here a kind. Once you sign in, and just before your appointment, you are either given a physical key to one of the lockers or you get assigned a digital locker that lets you make your own code, On one of the days I was asked to show that my pockets were emptied. I suppose some proctors are stricter than others. There's a bathroom immediately outside the testing room, which is there to prevent cheating. They also provide individually wrapped earplugs for your use and a small dry erase sheet to write on. Would be happy to take another exam here if I need to.

I kept the key and then was lead to the computer where they have pre-wrapped ear plugs for noise reduction, a calculator, paper and pencil. Hope I did not forget anything. The instructors are very informed, knowledgeable and know how to teach! They themselves are educators so they don't just sit there for hours repeating information verbatim from the text book. Ivy and John were great at breaking down concepts and telling stories/giving examples that were relatable and understandable. They drill the important info into your brain and tell you exactly what to study for the state exam. I finished my 75 hour salesperson course with them in a month and a half and passed both tests on the first try. Jon and Ivy care about what they do and you can tell!
