Had a seamless time renewing my fit test here. The gentleman was prompt and kind and had me in and out! The most affordable option isn't always the easiest, but in this case it happened to be. Will be back to renew my cpr cert next semester! read more

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Marie was a great instructor. Definitely feel more comfortable being able to administer CPR in the future. read more

This facility is located off of Yellowstone Boulevard in Queens Boulevard making parking very difficult so I suggest trying to use public transportation. Cali Fisher was my instructor and she is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was very kind to all of us. The room was well-equipped with the necessary objects needed for the class and it was a clean room however it's VERY cold so seriously bring a sweater. Definitely recommend. read more

My third time getting my cpr certificate from here. Scheduling is very easy, staff is very friendly. So far I've lucked out with find parking right outside the building every time. I just took my cpr bls renewal course on Saturday with Paul and it was great! Paul is personable, informative, excellent instructor and kept the class interesting. I would highly recommend coming here to get your certifications. Definitely save your book! I used my book from 2 years ago this past weekend and saved about $15 on that. read more

I was apprehensive when taking the ACLS class because I hate simulation so much! But my instructor, Ben was very knowledgeable, informative, clear and interactive so he definitely made me more comfortable with simulation. I recommend this ACLS class whether you are renewing or starting. read more

Wow. I really enjoyed that class and learned a lot! The instructor was very thorough and she was very informative. Definitely hope I get a class shes instructing when i have to renew my certification! She was the best! The woman at the front desk was also very welcoming and accommodating. Well worth the money and lovely people working here. Also they followed covid guidelines with the masks and spaced out class. Definitely recommend getting in this class. read more

I haven't taken class with CPR123 since they were in their old location over at Kew gardens. The new location is much more spacious and up to date, but the classroom we were in had rain coming through the windows the whole day. If I'm paying $150-270 for a class I expect to feel comfortable and dry in class. Other than that, my instructor was wonderful. Thanks Stacy! Very personable, intelligent, and thorough :) Would be a solid 5 if rain wasn't coming through the windows. read more

I had been a hospital corpsman pretty officer in the 80's, and for professional reasons-working construction with an interest in ACE gym trainer/ownership has caused me to get cpr and AED certified-took the Heartsaver training course with CPR123 Foresthills location. Reflecting upon years past being intensely trained at the Naval School of Health Sciences as a Hospital Corpsman, and laboratory technician I can honestly say this first level of training course was very well presented and taught at a highly professional manner. To my amazement, there were significant changes in CPR from the 80's and I'm very grateful to be currently certified to the CPR123 school and staff. read more

Took my BLS course here. Easy sign up and great staff. The class was straight forward and was targeted to ensure we passed the test. The room and equipment seemed clean and well maintained. Got my AHA card emailed to me the same day which was great. Definitely recommend this place although if you're driving, parking is tricky. Will be coming here again for my re-certification. read more

Tommy is a great CPR instructor. A great focused and practical course! Make the trip on the F train to Forest Hills for this course.

Registration for the class was super easy and the administrative side of signing up was a breeze. The classroom is located in an easy to navigate part of Queens, helpful for someone like me who's not local - and arrived a little late The class was presented in a very, very easy to understand fashion. I feel like I walked away much more confident than other class that I've taken. The instructor was super nice and not boring to listen to. Great job, PAUL! In and out in a flash and carried on with my day read more

Amazing place to get your certifications. I did my BLS twice and my ACLS here and both classes were awesome. My instructor Ben was very helpful and explained everything in a way for you to understand and make sure that your able to pass at the end. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I look forward to getting all my certifications here. read more

I have done CPR training at two other facilities before coming to CPR123 queens and the training here by far was the best, most thorough and exciting class I have been to! My instructor Thomas Capiello had strong command of the material and was very knowledgable. I feel extremely confident in being able to perform CPR safe and effectively thanks to him. Although the this is not my first time learning CPR, he has opened up my eyes in new ways and I am extremely pleased with the training I received there. Would highly recommend!!! Hands on training, no boring videos. That's the real way to learning! read more

Instructor, Mike Russo is a true asset to CPR123. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and it shows. I worked the overnight shift the night before a 9:30 class and didn't doze off because he was so hands on and informative. The classrooms are clean and spacious and the center is very accommodating to people's schedules and offers a vast amount of classes without any hassle. Highly recommend ! read more

I took my heart saver course with Paul, and he was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the course, he made it clear and he made it enjoyable. This was my first time taking the course, and I learned a lot about CPR and how to save a life. I totally recommend someone to take the course with Paul. read more

Just took my ACLS with Stacy Coleman, she was awesome. Stacy was high energy, engaging and I didn't even notice the 6 hrs that went by. Although this was my recert, I still learned a ton and had a lot of things reinforced. I've been taking my certification/recerts with this company for a long time and they are the best. I prefer a complete classroom setting than doing the online version. I recommend this company to my colleagues and peers every time I am asked about BCLS/ACLS certification courses. Thank you, Stacy, for an awesome class! read more

Great experience. I just finished a BLS course. Paul Abate was our instructor and he was very personable and knowledgeable. I learned new things while taking this course. Would recommend to anyone! read more

I really liked the course. It was straight to the point and what I expected, the instructor Marie, was very professional and passionate about what she taught. read more

I took my ACLS class with an experienced EMT last year of August 2013. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and has a sense of humor. The class is not boring or overwhelming at all since he will break down complex information to make it simpler. Overall, I enjoyed the class. Although this is a late review, I am compelled to write one because of the great services and professionalism they demonstrated. I just got accepted for staff nurse position in Emergency Room at hospital in the city. I could not find my ACLS card so I called and spoke to a female employee who provided me with details on how I can obtain a new one. Problem solved. All I need to do is pick it up in any CPR123 location. read more

Every year I go to CPR123 in queens for certification of BLS. The instructors are experienced, knowledgeable and easy going. I recently had the pleasure of having Stacy as an instructor and she made kept the class comfortable and informative as she gave different scenarios which help and were quite entertaining to hear. LoL.... the equipment and area used was very clean and easy to utilize. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and helpful as well. This is the go to place for any BLS and ACLS CPR training at an affordable price. Trust me I work for a hospital and they charge almost $40 more than what CPR123 charged me. read more

I took the BLS class with Paul. Paul has been working in the health care field for a very long time. He went over the textbook material and also gave a lot of tips that he acquired on the job. He also made sure that everyone was able to apply the techniques before moving on to a new topic. The class was both informative and enjoyable. read more

I loved the CPR class I had with Paul he is a great instructor. He was clear on everything that was taught in the class. He answered every question and gave us scenarios which were great. I recommend take Paul's class. read more

Always love going to cpr123 for BLS and ACls!!! Excellent tutors and equipment! Thank you Stacy!!!

The instructors are very professional. They know their stuff. I took the class since 2012, and renew 2 times. Never disappointed.

Great training by Thomas Cappiello. He was very clear, straight forward, funny, and a pleasure (actually made me feel more confident in doing this task, should there ever be a need for it). This was my 3rd round in renewing my CPR license, and he was by far the best one yet. Thanks :-) read more

CPR123 has always been my go to certification center since before I became a nurse mainly due to the facility being certified by the American Heart Association. I came to renew my BLS for health providers at this location with Paul. I was pleased with my experience with him. He's knowledgeable, he made the information easy to remember and helped me make sure I performed all the skills correctly. Everyone including the receptionist was kind and respectful, after I finished my exam another instructor there was kind enough to go over the two questions I got wrong (nurse nerd-I know) I've already recommended paul's class to my other nurse colleagues for recertification and I'll be back next month to get my ALS. Thanks paul! read more

I took the AHA ACLS online course and came here to take the ACLS skills session. The facility was very clean and accessible by public transportation. The instructor was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was very informative and answered any questions I had. The class was short but sufficient which I appreciated! Definitely would recommend to others! read more

I had a really good experience with CPR123! Registration was very simple and easy, they remind you of your appointment and send emails also. Paul was my instructor and he made the class very enjoyable and understandable! He explained everything nice and clear, and also made a few jokes to liven up the class. Lots of hands-on activities to really practice and feel comfortable. Class also ended earlier than expected :) The assessment at the end is a breeze if you just pay attention! read more

I have been going to the Queens location for my ACLS/PALS for the past few years. First and foremost - Mike Russo is by far the best instructor I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quite funny. He makes this intimidating, anxiety producing day much easier for me. I have never retained the information prior to CPR123 as I do when I leave their classes. Rooms are clean, equipment is state of the art, staff super friendly. Easy process from registering online straight through to end of class. Queens location even has a kitchen area/break room so bring your own lunch. Parking garages in short walking distance - I paid only $6 for the day! I highly recommend CPR 123 - and Mike Russo as your instructor. read more

I have never taken BLS or ACLS outside of the course my school and subsequently my work place offered. This was such a great way to learn the material and then do a skills test. I chose to do the ACLS and BLS portions of the class online and then go in for the skills testing. The ACLS simulations were challenging but really prepared me for the skills portion. Stacy was my teacher and she could not have been nicer! She was very knowledgeable and made the always-stressful mega code enjoyable. Will definitely be doing all future recerts with CPR 123 and recommending it to all my healthcare friends! read more

I would definitely recommend them (Queens) based on the following: Easy online registration Clean place Friendly staff The instructor (Paul) for the BLS course behaved in a professional manner. He arrived on time, and answered all questions. He also shared his past experiences, and made jokes, which helped reduce anxiety and made the class more interesting. read more

took BLS class before and went back for PALS class it was very informative and instructor wanted to make sure everyone understood what was going on would definitely go back for renewal read more

First time today taking the BLS class here with Paul. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The receptionist was very friendly, office is nice and clean. Paul is fantastic! Best instructor to date, and I've been renewing my BLS card for 10 years now. He's efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend a class with him! read more

I got my BLS certification renewed at Forest Hills branch of CPR123, Paul was the instructor. He gave an excellent class. Thank you very much. read more

Their "iv certification" course is a joke , waste of money . I took it a few years back and it taught me nothing , the instructor was rude and disrespectful . My advice is don't waste your money on this , all those things you learn at a hospital orientation and that piece of printed paper they give you isn't worth the amount spent on the course. It's misleading to say iv certification since you aren't being certified in anything , rephrase your advertising . read more

Got recertified in BLS. This was my second time coming here and the class is always fun and enjoyable. Paul was a great instructor. Will definitely be back again in 2 years read more

Thanks you @CPR123 queens!!!! ESP thanks goes out to my instructor today- Mr. Thomas Capellio. I recertified my BLS today & you made the experience pleasant and interactive. Thank you for a great experience. I would def come again. read more

I had the ACLS course today at Forest Hills with Tommy the instructor and he was great. He was so experienced and knowledgeable with his material that I really felt I was learning from a top notch instructor. He made the class fun and the day went quickly. Ekg rhythms, codes, defribillators are very intimidating but I left there feeling a whole lot more confident than when I walked in thanks to Tommy. He did a great job with helping us understand to ACLS process so that we can apply our skills in our medical fields. Thanks again instructor Tommy you were great! read more

Great ACLS class. Would highly recommend. Mike Russo was an amazing teacher. Took ACLS course before starting my medical residency.

Sublime is the word i will raise for my training experience. I took 2 classes with Mike Russo, who is very professional & astounding. He gives a lot of effort for the class to be as cognizant as possible (Kudos for that). Gives a lot of ideas how to familiarise one's self to the important facts of the class. The whole experience is a good reason to come back again for the re-certification. read more
