To make things even better, Bill was willing to come out on a Saturday to fit me into his schedule and didn't charge me for the overtime. When one of the heat pumps unexpectedly stopped working, he spent hours troubleshooting the issue instead of rushing through the appointment. He even returned on Sunday morning to continue working until everything was resolved. Bill's dedication to his customers is exceptional. Just before the New Year this past winter we had Call the Bee (a plumbing company we'd used in the…read morepast) come out for a whole house main drain clog. We received a call back right away and they sent out a technician that afternoon. He was clean, courteous & upfront about the plan to clear the clog and the companies pricing. After the snake didn't clear the clog he used a camera and then a water jet to clear our line. Unfortunately the problem returned very shortly after and having lost faith that Call The Bee was able to fix our problem we called another local company. They came out same day, cleared the line and charged approximately the same price. Feeling like we shouldn't have had to have another technician out so soon and incur another charge, we reached out to Call The Bee and spoke with them. Yes, we should have given them a chance to fix the problem instead of calling another company but as I stated, we'd lost faith in them. But, we , I, was wrong. They (Call The Bee) were more than responsive to our problem. Took the time to hear us and wanted the invoice from the second company we called. Lo and behold one week later a check for the ENTIRE amount of our second plumber (slightly over $1,000) was sent to us. James Smoliga is the single proprietor of Tuckson, and we called him to install a new fixture we had bought for our decrepit front yard pole light. We e-mailed each other, he gave us a 2-hour service call window, and said he'd be here between 12 and 2. He called a few minutes before 12 and said he was 2 minutes away. He wore a facemask when he stepped out of his truck. Now just to make our lives miserable, the Electricity Gods thought it would be a terrific idea to knock a ceiling garage light and garage door opener out of commission on Sunday morning. No worries, because I knew Tuckson would be here on Tuesday. James installed our pole light, swapped out the garage's porcelain ceiling fixture and was out of here in 30-45 minutes. He made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before he left. His service bill was just $50. I mean, really? How awesome is that??
