Roddy spent time and advised me of the probable problem with the power supply. My husband confirmed this. Roddy sent out the appropriate power supply that same day and I received it the next work day. It works perfectly. My machine started whinning , so the next morning I quickly called Roddy at cpapsEtc and I was whinning. He said that usually means the blower motor is going out. My husband and I were trying to do some research on Cpaps and we went to this business because I had heard all of the wonderful advertising. When we got there the store space was small but nice. However, we were wearing masks but they made no attempt to put on masks or but I guess there weren't any signs requiring masks, so okay. The salesman in the showroom was very condescending and maybe a little undercover anti mask and maybe even not comfortable with people of color and we are both seniors! I visited this store today to purchase a new CPAP mask. I cannot express how professional this business Is. It has wonderful customer service, I was greeted at the door and was walked though several different masks and was able to actually try them out! The sales women was so kind and helpful, she spent at least 30 minutes helping me with several types of masks and explaining everything about each one. In the end she encouraged me to use the mask I already had and if I couldn't get use to it then come back and try another. I almost felt guilty not buying one because she spent so much time with me but she was so nice and there was no pressure. I just started this therapy and she really walked me through what to expect and didn't sell me a mask I didn't need. I will never but my CPAP supplies from an other company. read more

Wow it is certainly a pleasing experience to discover a business that believes in hand-on old fashion customer service linked with a friendly and professional approach. This is especially true in today's medical market. Until my visit to this company, I hated my Cpap machine so much so that I has relegated it to the closet shelf and tried to replace it with a dental appliance (failure)...should have known as the director of the dental facility told me he used a Cpap....but I digress. Symptoms eventually forced me to take another look at the dusty Cpap machine. I decided based on radio commercials and a web site to check CpapsEtc out with a trip to Alpharetta (OTP !!!!). I am very glad I did as I found tremendous help with both the functions of my machine and the knowledge that my impressions related to masks, humidity control and pressure settings were totally incorrect. I have subsequently completely changed my opinions and now have a real option for the control of my sleep Apnea. These folks are great. Great place! I heard them advertised on WSB and thought I'd go by there as my old mask leaked. Both staff members helped me and within 30 mins they had my air mini on my phone working, logging my time and I had a new mask and hose all at a very fair price. I will be back when needed! Went to CPAPS ETC yesterday for a unique part for my P Q Nasal unit. The staff was super friendly and had the most complete supply of CPAP Equipment in the State! They also taught me things I didn't know about my ResMed Machine. Roddy and Sharon(?) are so knowledgeable on all things CPAP. I was ready to give up on CPAP until I was fitted across several product lines with products that were both comfortable and stayed sealed throughout the night. Wow! I found the place. A complete CPAP universe. Roddy and his staff are excellent, and have all of the latest equipment and parts for older equipment as well. You can try out mask and be fitted to perfection, as I was, and the prices are very competitive. He also mentioned that they would be billing for insurance soon. After reading the reviews for Cigna's CareCentrix I decided to purchase my own CPAP equipment and forget going through the compliance process. I am so happy I found Roddy and CPAPs, ETC. I called one day, figured out when Roddy was available and the next day I walked out with everything I needed. AND 5 days in I have stopped snoring!!!! This place is casual, relaxed and you get a great hands on experience with the equipment. I'm a visual person and being there with all the equipment was helpful.
