I felt pressured, misled, and completely disappointed with the results after spending my money. One thing that really bothered me was how often they referenced God and faith to make themselves appear trustworthy and honest, while their actions showed the opposite. Using religion to gain people's trust while failing to deliver real results is wrong. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. Amendments occurred because our current accountant noticed that we were not offered any tax incentives that we qualified for. With out delving too much into our personal stuff when it came to gov. programs for businesses or incentives these guys did not have our back. Quickbooks was a "I don't want to deal with you" kind of thing...We were treated as if we were non paying customers. Now our Quickbooks are a huge mess and we have paid double or more in tax preparation. We felt more of a bother for Leivas than anything mind you we paid full price no discount so I am puzzled by this.
