My daughter managed to damage the keyboard on her Dell Inspiron denies all responsibility, I found it like that. How many times have we heard that. If anyone has tried to peel back the layers of Dell's spares website will know how hard it is to get the right parts. I found Coywood with a Google search and as ever with search results there is always some consternation but I have to say that Coywood are the real deal. They had the keyboard I wanted at a good price. I ordered it on 1 April and it was installed on the laptop on the evening of 2 April, that is truly an excellent service. I was kept informed by email as to what stage my order had reached. I think that in many cases internet businesses are good, order the item wait a few days and it arrives, for me Coywood took extra steps, fair prices, excellent order handling and very fast delivery. Would just like to say a big thank you for a hassle free and speedy delivery of a laptop charger. I had bought a laptop from the big boys only a month ago and the charger stopped working. I dared to go in and challenge them about it asking for a replacement. After they had finished treating me like a common criminal and mocking me for not adding £8 per month accidental damage cover (!) I left the shop and trawled the Internet looking for a replacement. Coywood had just the right one at a fraction of the cost of what I had been quoted from the high street chain so I ordered and after regular shipping updates it came the following day! I ordered a replacement Acer laptop charger from Coywood at a very reasonable price. It arrived promptly and was a genuine acer product. It was a good fit and I was very pleased with it. However it devloped a fault after about ten weeks (to be fair my battery was on its way out and it was drawing power continously on the charger.) I phoned Coywood and and they gave me some excellent advice on how to ensure the charger didn't overheat etc. I simply posted the original charger back and I had my new charger just three days after posting the faulted one back. Just wanted to reiterate the previous reviews. I took my ailing laptop in on a Saturday morning and was told it need a new screen about £65. But when I suggested I had another dead model similar to the poorly one the very kind expert said he could fit that for £30 not only that but took out the hard drive so I could use it as a back up in an external drive carrier should the need arise. I had my repaired laptop back by the end of the day! (Shame I had already bought a new one from one of the big boys as I thought mine was beyond it and I could not risk being without one I would much rather have bought one from them!) read more

Absolutley first rate service, in dispair, charger (2nd one, "compatable") packed in on Monday evening, went to local shops recommended by Google, one chap very helpful (seemed mostly to do repairs) looked up the genuine part for my rather elderly Acer on his phone and sent me the Coywood link. Went home ordered the charger about midday, was on my doorstep at 11am the next morning. Amazed, I live in Northern Ireland, so double well done being so quick. Definately My go to place from now on. When my own laptop died a week after I had had my friends laptop repaired at Coywood I took mine to Coywood but it had had it, (melted beyond repair). They had a small selection of machines in my price range and I felt confident that should I need it I would get help with any problems. Which is more than can be said about the pile it high and sell it not so cheap brigade.(No names). They even removed my old hard drive so I could recover nost of my files. First time shop with Coywood Computers and I have to say I was very impressed! My Mac charger died so I placed my order the same day and the charger arrived the next morning just after 9am! For someone who relies on a laptop for every day work etc, this company was a godsend for delivery as every other site i visited had 3-5 day delivery times.
