had a problem logging onto my Acer laptop this week. I tried in vain to sort out the problem but realised I was beaten. So on Thursday afternoon I took the laptop in the shop, I was told it could be a Microsoft update gone wrong but it could be fixed. Long story short, after having the hard drive upgraded and problem solved I now have a computer which is so much faster and the work was done at a very competitive price.
