You can purchase a three-year warranty for batteries for each watch. This warranty has been handy when we have needed batteries. Ray's batteries have been extremely reliable over the years. He also sales watches, watch bands and an assortment of jewelry and accessories. Today when I was in the shop I noticed a number of crosses, which I had not noticed previously. The watch battery warranties are reasonable and affordable. Installation of batteries have been done quickly and with excellence. My hubby thought I might like some earrings they were selling. I did but decided to wait before buying.

Three months later, the Seiko was three hours behind and my Swatch completely stopped. Ray argued with me twice and said the Seiko was still working. I told him, "It's three hours behind! I can't tell time and I'm late for all my appointments!" He said both batteries were fully charged but didn't know how to open the Swatch to ascertain why it stopped working. When I asked why my Seiko stopped working, he said, "I don't know." I asked, "Aren't you a watch repair shop?". Ray said, "It needs to be serviced." I asked, "How much does it cost to be serviced?" Ray said, "I don't know. My watch repair guy isn't here today." I'm not sure why the store is called "Ray's Watch Repair" when Ray doesn't know how to repair watches.

I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

I am updating my original review to 5 stars because the company made things right…read more After I posted my initial review, management contacted me the same day to address my concerns and asked if they could send someone back to finish the job. Rashid returned promptly, concealed the TV wires, and made sure everything looked much better. I really appreciate that the company took my feedback seriously and stood behind its work. The crew was courteous and professional, and management's willingness to respond quickly and resolve the issue made all the difference. Thank you to Rashid and the management team for the excellent customer service and for making sure I was satisfied with the final result. Very expensive for the service provided. The workers were competent and courteous, but the job resembled general handyman work rather than a professional TV installation. I expected them to mount the TVs, connect the cable boxes and Apple TVs, and organize or conceal the cords, including providing wire covers if needed. Instead, they left the TV wires exposed and did not connect the other devices. They mounted two 65-inch TVs using brackets I supplied and rearranged two dressers. The total charge was $795. Last year, another provider installed these same TVs, connected all devices, concealed the wiring, and included two wall mounts for about half the price. Be sure to clarify the scope of work and total cost before hiring this company.

WARNING to Round Rock residents: Predatory pricing and exploitation of a grieving widow…read more I contacted Mr. Fixer Handyman for minor cosmetic drywall patching and filling small dings as well as a small section of touch up painting under my thermostat and minor caulking in master bathroom and under the toilet. The technician (Rashad Isgandarov) was fully aware that my husband had passed away just two weeks prior. My husband was usually the one to patch up the walls and take care of things around the house. Taking complete advantage of my grief and vulnerability, he pressured me into a grossly inflated quote of $2,165 for work that independent handymen routinely price at $300-$600. He first quoted me an outrageous amount of $2,700. When I expressed it was too much he discounted to $2,300 and when I expressed that was too much he said he was willing to give me the price of $2,165 with no warranty. I paid a $1,000 deposit down via Zelle as he requested. Upon research the next day, I realized the severe overcharge, I terminated their services in writing before day two could begin. They completed less than a single day of basic prep work. They are now completely ignoring my texts, refusing to provide an itemized receipt, and pocketing 600- 700 unearned money for labor they never performed. This business engages in unconscionable, predatory practices against vulnerable community members. I have filed a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and will be pursuing the unearned balance in Williamson County Small Claims Court. AVOID this company at all costs.
