I found out about Mi Casita Handyman and he was able to help me out with my home. As the rainy season approaches I wanted to make sure my home would be protected from rain and flooding as much as possible. I needed some gutters installed and Mi Casita Handyman was up for the task. He was on time and made it an easy process. We has able to give a quote right away and started the work that same week. The entire work was completed within a couple of days and looked perfect and professionally installed. The quality of Danny's work is exceptional and would recommend to anyone. Danny has great work ethic and his pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use him for future home projects.

First and foremost, he has excellent communication, which is huge for me. He was very responsive, explained everything, and promptly answered any questions. Before and during the job, he also kept me updated. I was considering another handyman for this gig but his replies were full of non sequiturs. It was a no brainer to go with Eric. On top of everything -- Eric does siding repair, which isn't widespread. Most (if not all) siding companies won't do repairs, only replacements. Even worse, I had a hard time finding all that many handymen that did this sort of work. Glad I found Eric. Ultimately, he did a great job replacing a siding panel (had some rotted wood around a defunct dryer vent). He found the closest match and did a thorough and careful job. Oh and last but not least, his prices are reasonable. Don't hesitate.

We have engaged Jaime on several occasions for home repair and handyman services over the past few…read moreyears. He was professional and provided quality work each and every time. Here are the projects that we have used him for: 1. Installation of a Gladiator Garage storage shelf space - he placed it perfectly in the area that we wanted. It was well secured and has provided an extra storage space in our small garage. He checked in with us each step of the installation to make sure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the job. 2. Leak repair with mold remediation, insulation and drywall/baseboard repair in our dining room - he located the leak, cleaned out the area between the studs (including sealing an opening to the outside wall, which we didn't know about), treated for some mold that was present and then reinstalled the insulation, finished the drywall and painted the area. This included removing the baseboards and reinstalling/matching them, re-applied the orange peel texture and then painting to a perfect finish. You would never have known there was a leak there. He even replaced the outdoor spigot that was on the other side of the leaking pipe! 3. Roof truss repair in the garage - Jaime noticed when he was installing the garage storage shelf that the joints of a few of the roof trusses had separated when he was surveying the beams in the attic space. He showed us the issue and we asked him if that was something he could repair as well...he said absolutely. After getting the truss connector parts, he went up....pulled the joints together and repaired them....this is one of those hidden issues that can be catastrophic if left unresolved. Jaime will always be our "go to" repair professional. He has broad knowledge of residential buildings and is professional, pleasant and reasonable.....He is a 5-star resource. Thanks for everything you have helped us out with Jaime!

I messaged via Yelp (which he was previously responsive through), called his cell, texted ...NOTHING. Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. The quality of work was good and I felt like we paid a more than fair price, but when we asked Lavern to come back he scheduled time and missed appointments again and again and now just doesn't reply, so I guess I have to move on to another service that will show up and return calls. 3 stars because if you get them they'll do good work, but not returning messages and no shows are almost as bad as not doing the work at all. We've had our fun with contractors and various people but we are very happy with the work Lavern and Antonio completed yesterday. I had a laundry list that I was given a fair quote for, and as things go, by the time they got here the how and what had changed a little bit but Lavern and Antonio knocked it all out. Here's what you get with these guys: Communicate effectively Show up on time Do awesome, professional work Fast but not sloppy They can match paint and get your materials Wide skill set Deliver the best outcome - not always the easiest Clean up workspace Work hard, all day and get the job done in one day Flexible and respectful to happenings like work from home, babies, etc. Payment options online, quick and easy. Friendly service, honestly, you feel like they really care about the outcome. Use these guys - they've been the best we've seen in contractors/handymen in a long, long, looooong time. I had advertised for someone to wash all 19 of our windows inside and out. I worked with Ivan and he came by to see the project for himself/that way there is no misunderstanding . After he and another employee went through the house with me to see the windows and what they would be doing he advised that they did all kinds of handy work. So I decided to talk to him about a couple other things that I had really wanted done and asked him if he could've put a quote together for all of them -Which he did. I did indeed hire Esquives after reviewing the quote. I also had them power wash my upper and lower deck mow our yard front and back and clean it up. I also requested they completely take all the plants and vines out of one specific area that went from the front of our garage to our gate. Last but not least I had them replace the two poles that are holding up our pergola that is over our concrete patio. It has been there for over 30 years. It's almost like a Ripley's believe it or not anyway they also re-stained all of it, including the new posts and it looks great. I'm looking forward to a few more estimates that I have requested. They did a good job on everything. I'm not sure if they were well-versed in windows in terms of washing. I have double paned windows and I believe that caused an issue. They had mentioned they were going to have to go out and get the supplies to do the windows. I have had them done in the past and most of the people that I hired used squeegees. I feel like they came out as good as they could have considering the double pane windows in that there are sometimes things inside that you cannot remove. They also did a great job cleaning up the windowsills. They were more than willing to work with me to help me stay within my budget. They did the staining and replacing the posts of the pergola on Saturday. They said they would be here at 10 and they absolutely were right on the dot- we experienced the same thing with Monday when they finished up all the rest of the projects they arrived at 8 AM and worked all day finishing around 5 PM. There were a total of five employees all working at once. I highly recommend them!
