They said the team lead would call me, but that call never came. After the first design didn't work, I had to follow up myself to get them to come back out, and it took another 3-4 weeks before they returned. They did come back and implement a better solution, but the installation skips what I understand to be standard practice: a proper burrito wrap (fabric, gravel, pipe, gravel, sand, closed wrap). Without it, I'm genuinely concerned the drain will silt up and fail within a few years, meaning I'll be digging it back up on my own dime. Again, the guys on the job were pleasant and efficient. I just wish the communication and the craftsmanship matched that. For a project like this where you're burying the work underground and hoping it holds for decades, the details matter.

Then, they spent several hours isolating the leak to the run from the meter to the house, but the problem is that's about 500-600 feet and without the proper equipment it would be hard to find. They did not charge me a dime since they couldn't find the leak, even though they spent a lot of time looking for it. Amazing! Instead, they provided names of some larger companies that might have the right equipment to help. A real solid organization and when the time comes, for me or a friend, they'll be who I call!
