He actually helped me set up my account years ago and is still there to this day--that kind of longevity and dedication is unheard of in this industry! I used to have T-Mobile for a long time, but I've officially switched to only having Verizon now because the phone service is superior for this area. While this isn't technically a corporate location, JOSE makes it run better than any corporate store I've ever stepped foot in. He is a true exception to the rule. JOSE set me up with a Verizon Business account a few years back, and his level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. He is a patient problem solver who is incredibly informative--he knows exactly how to find the best multi-phone deals and the greatest offers for adding lines, whether you're a new or existing account. He doesn't just close a sale; he continues to provide me with solutions year after year. This is hands down my favorite location by far, and it's all thanks to JOSE. If you want a knowledgeable expert who truly cares about his clients and delivers results, he is your guy!

I came in to upgrade my phone and transfer my existing business number -- a routine request that should have been handled with basic competence. Instead, I was issued a new phone that was not properly activated, my number was not successfully transferred, and I was told to "call back in three days." I was then sent out of the store without working data, without confirmation that my line was operational, and without any meaningful resolution. As a result, I have been unable to receive calls or texts from customers, effectively taking my business line offline for an entire day. This is not a minor inconvenience -- this is a preventable service failure that has real financial consequences. I am now left with two unusable devices: an old phone with issues and a new phone that does not function. The lack of accountability, urgency, and basic verification before sending a customer out the door is unacceptable -- especially when dealing with a business line. This situation warrants immediate escalation and review by corporate leadership. I expect prompt corrective action, restoration of service, and a clear explanation of how this failure occurred. Customers should never be placed in a position where their livelihood is jeopardized due to procedural negligence. I will be pursuing formal channels if this is not resolved immediately.

    SecurePro has been a phenomenal security company to work with, especially as a new business owner…read more I share a parking lot with them, so they were the first company I contacted when shopping around for security systems installation. Not only were they the best available price, but were able to get things set up very quickly. They are always available if issues arise (always my fault, nothing wrong with the system), and have reached out on numerous occasions to check that everything is working and to our satisfaction. For me, being able to talk to experienced personnel, who are familiar with our system, and not dealing with a remote call center is very important, and they have excelled in that aspect. Jason, who is part of their support staff, went out of his way to help with a minor issue I was having in real time, and fixed the problem. He even personally walks packages and mail over to our location if they are delivered to their unit instead of ours. The installation technician Tyler was extremely helpful in setting up our system, and took additional time to walk me through the system and it's functions, including how the sensors work, where they are placed, and the control panel and remote app to ensure that I was able to use the system properly. Finally, the sales manager Lina, has been beyond helpful with making sure our needs are met when it comes to security, and has followed up with us regarding potential issues to ensure we are satisfied with everything. They are awesome neighbors and a great company if you are considering security system needs.

Other commercial fire alarm companies in SB, Venture, Oxnard, and LA were harder to communicate and work with. But SecurePro gave us a competitive price, were great communicators, and efficiently installed everything by working around when different rooms were available at our motel. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to any businesses that need commercial fire alarm repair, replacement, and monitoring.
