This was my first Fall in Georgia. I assume the gardener will clean up the leaves and dispose them. Instead, Manuel created a wall of leaves between my property and my neighbors's. I called their number to ask for the leaves to be either bagged or be taken away yet the wife was snarky and told me it's impossible for Manuel to take the leaves of all the houses he maintains. I offer to buy bags and they came to pick up the leaves yet the wife tried to charge me an extra $120 for that after the weekly fee I paid them. After I asked for clarification, she stopped responding and it has now been 3 weeks. I had been paying them what they ask for weekly maintenance so I expect for the maintenance to take place. Another issue I had was they charge for everything as an extra, even if one asks small plants to be cut or removed. Make sure you ask upfront what their fee includes. I felt Manuel Just was focused on cutting the lawn and nothing else unless I constantly had to ask the wife about what needed to be done. Quite honestly, it's too much work to be dealing with his wife. She seems to be temperamental and also very rude for not returning my texts.

The back yard is fine, only because we hired another company to do the grading. However, we allowed Joey and his crew to grade and install in the front yard. The sod arrived the same day the grading took place and it was a hot day. In order to get the sod down before it burned, Joey rushed the grading. There are so many dips, hills and holes. Its very difficult to walk on the grass and cut the grass because the mower bounces all over the place. You can easily break a leg if running. So my grandkids can't even run and play on it because its dangerous. We also had a dry creek removed by them. Instead of taking the rocks away, which we asked and paid for, they placed some of the rocks under the sod. He said that's common in order to level the sod. Imagine walking on rocks, holes, hills, etc., in your front yard. He, himself stated that it wasn't done properly and told us he would correct it and it would be smooth as butter when he finished. Promise after promise. To date, he has never returned, and stopped responding to our phone calls or text messages. We requested a partial refund so we can correct it. No response!
