What was supposed to be a few days worth of work turned into 6 weeks. We had to have them come out multiple times to fix the work. In October of this year I contacted Jay to fix the trim that had come off in a storm. I was told they don't do siding anymore and the warranty doesn't cover winds of 88+ mph (which we didn't have). After a few email exchanges, they have not gotten back to me. We now have gone through insurance to have the trim replaced. At the time of the original work, I gave them a break and did not plaster this all over social media. A mistake I won't make again when I've been taken.
